Well, I tried. The manager did respond to this and then sent me an email but did not do anything outside of mentioning something here to show people that they care!! SAD!! The one star is because of the fun we had playing games with our family. If this was based on just games then I would be putting 5 stars. The food was very disappointing and this place is just another corporate company that refuses to make anything homemade. How hard is it to make mashed potatoes from scratch? Also they were luke warm so we just didn't eat it. Ribs I assume that are purchased precooked and then thawed and heated and sauce just tossed on at the last minute also served not that hot but we ate them. Pasta that was just OK at best. A gin martini without floating pieces of blue cheese would have been nice. The sadness was lack of any management checking on tables and asking how things were. I am not here to complain to the waiter and not in front of my family but you need a manager to walk the room and check in. Odd that you do not do that or just scared to do that.

You can see all of these negative reviews on your food yet you do nothing about it. Just imagine if you were able to give great food as you have the entertainment part down solid. Does your chef or managers ever look at the foods coming back from tables that get tossed in the trash? One should question why our mashed pots and pasta and other items came back basically uneaten. if I owned this place I would want to know why my food is not consumed by the guests as this is one of the most critical things a manager should be doing as you seem to be very afraid of uncovering the truth. A lot of the food on the menu is described in what sounds like upscale sports bar food but the outcome of most dished is not as well put together as the wording. I will say that the portions are good and the truffle fries and Bavarian pretzel were the favorite at the table. Least favorite being voodoo pasta.

Our server wasn't happy, genuine, friendly or frequently available. We were a large party so still tipped at the normal rate but considering we are a friendly lot and not complainers I definitely expect better for someone to get paid $40+ for our lunch service. Our drink orders were taken and brought in a decent time. Then it took a very long time (20 mins?) before he returned to take our food order. 3 of the food items came out quickly (8-10 mins) despite being ordered as meals. The rest of the meals took an additional 25 or so mins. So some of the party ate while the rest waited.

Getting the table cleared, regular drink service and to go containers was time consuming as well.

The management did give us candles for the cake we brought my 17 year old because we forgot ours. I was very grateful for that.

As for the game floor it's okay. Some things weren't fully functional but everyone had fun. It's very loud and chaotic but that is to be expected. I would have liked to see some benches added here and there for participants sitting out a round or people who just need a reprieve from the chaos. It's very expensive to play for any length of time so make sure to plan for that.

Started off as a routine visit to one of my family's favorite restaurants. The bartender was absolutely fantastic with how attentive he was and his effiency with our drinks. The problem arose when attempting to find a table so that we could sit with our children after they were done playing games. At first, we asked the bartender to see if he could find us a server to transfer us to a table and keep our tab open. He did not and asked us to close out. No big deal, we closed out and I went to find a manager. Shawn was exiting the kitchen when I stopped and asked if there was a section that we could sit in to which he replied "we aren't seating the dining room at the moment but there should be seating in the sports lounge" and began to walk away. I responded with "well could you find us a server to take our food order?" To which the response was "a server will be with you once you sit down". Fair enough, we sat ourselves. No one acknowledged us for 30 min after which I went and found a server who had ignored us in his section the whole time. He was extremely apologetic and took our order immediately to which at this point just consisted of water and a to go cup for our daughter who got a special drink. Shawn tried to come over and ask if everything was fine and upon hearing that we hadn't been helped in 30 min, gave us a $20 game card. All he really needed to do was find a server to seat us, maybe 2 min of work. My wife and I came to enjoy lunch and get a distraction for our children. Please do better, our kids love...
