First We Eat did the catering for our wedding venue at Kingan Gardens. Every single thing was delicious! The best wedding food I have ever had and our guests loved the food as well.

For appetizers we had Florentine stuffed mushroom and Vegetable crudite with pesto hummus. Everyone loved the stuffed mushrooms!

For the main course we had Cod with Lemon Dill Sauce, Chilled Gazpacho Couscous and Beef Bourguignon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, the cod was a massive hit!

We asked for tabbouleh for salad and they nailed it!

I can’t say enough about how amazing and easy they were to work with. All of the staff were amazing and professional.

It’s been almost a year for our wedding and people still talk about the amazing food they had!

For our wedding we had the most delicious food, and the chef was so accommodating. My mother in law wanted beans for everyone but my wife and I wanted mashed potatoes, so he made potatoes for the two of us and beans for everyone else, which was super special. They made us our special green chili and cheddar cornbread, which was so good. (We we’re missing our honey butter for our cornbread, but that’s a super minor detail.) They made sure to serve my wife and I so we could be sure to eat, and we’re super sweet. If you get the salsa, it’s delicious, but it’s not local medium, so I would ask for extra spice if that’s what you’re looking for. I would absolutely hire this company again for...

My husband and I recently got married and First We Eat did the catering for our venue (Kingan Gardens). Every single thing was DELICIOUS. The best wedding food I have ever had and our guests loved the food as well. We did a beef and mashed potato dish and gnocchi for the main course, ceviche and artichoke dip for cocktail hour. They also catered churros as part of our dessert table and they were so wonderful. I can’t say enough about how amazing and easy they were to work with.
