Okay I don't know where to start my call the Domino's that is 1.6 miles away from my location they tell me that I'm not in range or on their route but they don't tell me that over the phone they do it through text message when the delivery driver tells me that's the reason why she is in here on time they want me to call a Dominos that is 2.8 miles away which is farther because that is on their route I don't have any problem with that but I called that Domino's the first time and they told me that they don't deliver to me out of there range so I called the Domino's that is the closest to me literally down the street tell them that the last time I ordered through them they said pretty much the same thing they didn't bring me my Ranch last time this time they brought it to me I ordered double pepperoni definitely did not look like double pepperoni I do have to say this might be the last time I go through Domino's might have to hit up Papa John's or some other place that actually wants to make money didn't the girl stands there and expects to get a tip I'm not evil person I give her $2 definitely not the way they need to do business but I don't run the pizza company so I call talk to their manager trying to figure out what's going on why I keep getting the runaround they give me the first Domino's number that I called and told me this was the one that delivers to me even though it is farther away I just don't understand so I'm giving them one star definitely feel like my $28 I spent with them was misused I'll take my business somewhere...
Read moreI honestly never had issues with this place until they tried charging me extra for no reason. About a month ago I made an online order for delivery. Paid. Didn’t add tip because I wanted to tip in person. So, I pay. Get my stuff delivered. The whole order was wrong. But whatever it wasn’t such a big deal
Next day I get notification from Venmo that dominos updated what they were charging me. I looked and I was getting charged an extra $10. I called immediately to the store I ordered from. After like 30 minutes on hold I spoke to the manager. The manager statted someone added a $10 tip and that it was made online. I advised them that I certainly did not do that. So she apologizes and then states she can give me a coupon with like two free pizzas, desert and a drink.
I told her that’s not all necessary I just either wanted $10 off my next order them to give my money back. So she said it’s no problem and that I would have to call using my number to redeem.
I called and called kept getting hung up on, being told I was going to be placed on hold and then hung up on. And then the manager even hung up on me. No answer. All the while someone is there charging more.
So I ended up just contacting my bank.
So make sure you check your account next day to make sure they aren’t...
Read moreI've been coming to this location for pickup only for quite some time..and lately Everytime I go there to pickup...if Vanessa the manager is there then there is usually a receipt marked with pen next to the tip line, total, and signature...for personal reasons..I rarely tip when I go to pickup..it's not an obligation and I usually can't spare the extra for a tip, this will be the 3rd time that I have been charged a tip after deliberately writing the total on the receipt not including tip,and still...somehow $2 gets put on it later ..the very last time I got pizza here,,the manager had the receipt ready yet again, I did the same thing I always do..just sign it without tip...as I'm walking out the door..I hear her slam her hand on the counter over the receipt and crumble it...yet..today almost a week and a half later...I got charged the $2 .this is stealing at its core..I would strongly suggest not going here unless you want to pay involuntary tips...I'm going to report this activity to corporate along with...
