Unfortunately, though I love eegees, my experience here was not a good one. About to order when loud screaming between employees blasted from behind the scenes. Being with my 7yr old son I debated leaving. Then the woman at the counter took my order as if it was natural. Waiting for the food the drama unfolds as you see several employees make their way outside and me and the other guests waiting 15 minutes to be assisted. Finally, our food is ready. I let it go as my son and I like the food so we sit. His sandwich wasn't how he ordered, I told him to let the woman in the counter know and a Supervisor yells to me that he needed to pay for cheese or she couldn't give it to him. *I had already paid for the cheese. When I mentioned I had already paid she huffed and said fine..... Now usually I let things go, but she as a manager, to speak to a customer in such a way, in front of my son, was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. I can name names, but all who were there witnessed this awful moment. I will not ever take my son to that eegees again, furthermore, I will dissuade my friends and family from going there as well. Please, hire a manager who respects customers and handles employee...

I ordered for pick up once I got there to pick up my order the lobby doors were closed it was 8:03pm. I don't have a car so I started trying to get someone attention, so I finally get one of the employee attention she then asked her manager about me and the manager told her to ignore me. Thn I make eye contact with the manager and she looks at me and tells me that they won't help me I'm trying to tell her I'm paid for my food I'm just picking up. They had me waiting 30 minutes outside and the manager just keep saying they weren't going to help me,so then after waiting forever I took my phone out and tried to explain I'm just picking up . Then she finally she told me to go tru drive thru so I do want she told me then once I'm at the window they closed the window in my face and all 3 employees go to the back and leave me waiting while they are talking in the back. This happened 12/16/22 at 8:03 pm eegees , I loved going to eat there but now it will be very very hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWemt to this location almost 2 weeks ago. Took over 1 hour for my order. 1 sandwich 2 ranch fries, 1 large fry , and 1 cheese pretzel. After waiting that long and seeing others get their orders before mine I asked for a refund. Eegees has always been my favorite place to eat. I no longer live in Tucson but when I visit, I eat here about 2 or 3 times in a weekend.
I had just left a funeral with my family and hoping to have some positivity for the day with dinner from our favorite place. However we just ended up losing an hour of travel time, still not eating because well they deleted the order and never made it, we had to go else where because at that point we didn't want to wait any longer. They didn't even offer to make the food, explanation, nothing that's why I finally had asked for a refund.
The time before this I found a long hair in my sandwich. I knew for a fact it wasn't mine because 1 my hair was up and 2 it was in the middle of the sandwich. I'm so disappointed and really hope as a company you get it together. You are a Tucson Icon but quickly sinking since it's...
