Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

I have been ordering here at the St. Marys location for many years. The pizza and service has been great. But the last month up to today the pizza has not been very good. Either they over baked it or not enough sauce or chesse. I always pay extra for the extra chesse but still no change on the amount of chesse or sauce amount. Then the dough is very thick in the pizza the crust is not even its thick on one side and thin on the other or over cooked. Yes we all know these pizzas are not the best overall thr best but lately they have been going down hill even worse and last month up to today. I called the manager to ask simple questions like what has happened to the taste and quality of the pizza and she agreed that lately they have had issues with quality control and qouted that the chesse is expensive now so they don't place as much. But I told her I always pay for the extra chesse but still it's not added at all. I hope they look into this because it was better before. They have increased the prices and the quality has been very bad. I really don't understand why it's so bad lately. I have ordered several pizzas there lately and all of them are disappointing. Yes you can take them back but not when your home already. Manager here please look into this quality of the pizzas here its falling apart. I will try Dominos or pizza hut down the street and come back here later to see if they improved...

I tried to order in the app today and it told me there were technical issues and to phone in my order, so I did. A male voice answered and I informed him that the app wouldn't take my order and he said he was glad to assist me. I placed my order without any rush or pressure. When we arrived to pick up our food items they were hot and ready for us. The young man was, again, very pleasant and made us feel valued as customers. After we arrived home, the pizza and breads were still hot and delicious. It was an experience to be repeated as many times as possible. Great Pizza and other food items. Absolute worst little caesars I've ever visited. I have been to this location numerous (over 10) times. While giving them the benefit of the doubt, after all this is a $5 pizza, they seem to make my experience worse each time. They never have cheese available, then hesitate if I ask them to make one, so I usually settle with pepperoni. Tonight they had cheese (first time ever) and it wasn't cut. All the employees seem to be high, maybe they're just dumb, not judging here. It takes about 10 minutes to be helped if I walk in. The only person to attend the register is usually the manager.
