Quick question, how exactly are you supposed to order tacos? I pull up to the drive thru, knowing what I wanted already, as I'm waiting to get my order taken I get no response so I wait, untill I finally said something they respond, so I give him my order "10 ORDERS of tacos" but he wasn't speaking clearly (maybe is was the speaker so I let it go) because I couldn't hear I pulled up to the window and a girl opened the window repeating my order "10 ORDERS of tacos" and I repeated "yes, 10 ORDERS of tacos" soo where did it go wrong? Maybe I should of asked for a receipt but knowing I was their only customer I felt like I could trust them I mean they did just repeat my order as did I soo I didn't think twice. Bad mistake for trusting them... Come home to only 10 tacos not 10 "ORDERS" just 10 tacos... It's always this location I have trouble with and I still come here because its near the hospital where I work, I just want to get food and go home so I just keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but not no more. I even tried calling to get things sorted out because I wasn't sure if I was charged at the time, but no answer, it ringed once then it kept saying it was busy after I tried calling again. I usually don't write bad reviews but I'm just getting tired of this location they really need structure here, I don't blame the workers, I blame whoever is in charge of training these workers. Read moreI am a long loyal customer to the St.Marys location but the last few times the driver thru service has been very disappointing i have been ask to pull up and park to wait on my order when there has been no other vehicles/customers behind me to only get home and be missing food/items which I paid for already causing me to question the ability of the employee's the young guys seem not to care on the customer service the company is requiring them to give to its customers. It seems that since minimum wage has gone up in the fast food industry the service has gotten very sloppy their is no reason to have to wait 10/15mins extra and my order to be wrong when i get home.I have let it go this far and not called to complain to the manager on duty just because my husband is scared that they will do something to our food next time 2,3 dollers adds up after awhile.Please take the time to give your employees more training on double checking orders before handing it out and packing it correctly in its bags as well. I understand prices have to go up due to cost but if service like this continues you will lo se customers little by little. Thank you and hopefully i see changes soon. Missing our tacos...
Read moreOn a day trip, we stopped in for a meal. My husband needed to use the restroom and was given a code to use to open the door, which he tried a few times, but the door would not open. I went to get help and the order taker said it was in use. I told her the door sign said vacant and was green. She got rude and repeated herself. I repeated myself and asked for the code again to double check it when a member of the grill team asked the issue. The order taker told her the restroom was in use and I corrected her that it said it was vacant, the grill girl came out, put a code in and opened the empty bathroom door. The issue with her was the look on her face. She made us feel like we were causing an unnecessary issue. There was another customer who had been there before we arrived who voiced to me they were not helpful for her either. Not sure why. Our trip did not turn out as planned, those things happen, but the one meal we ate out and spent $25.00 on with bland french fries and two flat sodas ( so, bad oil or little salt and not enough carbonation) was Not worth it. The sandwhich and chicken strips were good. Will not visit that...
