I have never had so many issues picking up an order. I want to say that the food is good, but the customer service is severely lacking. The only save an grace was 1 kind employee who helped me out. My boss made an order for pick up. I came to the location to grab it. It was suppose to be under my name, but they did not see/have it according to the boy working. The boy working (young, brown hair with an emo swoop) asked me if I was sure it was the correct location. I told him I would call my boss and double check. I stepped away and made the call, I even called the other speedway location just incase. I was infact at the right location, so I returned and let him know. I gave him my name, my bosses name, any name it could be under. He asked for receipt, and I said I did not have it on hand because it was made previous by my boss in person. I told him I could have my boss send it to me quickly for confirmation. I told him I could have her on speaker to confirm I was picking up as well. He gave me a very hard time insisting that they did not have the order and was very rude in relaying this to me. Even though I was being treated as a sandwich theif/tyrant I remained calm and kind. I called my boss again and she described the girl that she made the order with. I let him know that my boss placed the order with so and so. He pulled said girl aside (tall, black hair, piercings) huffed, and told her in a puffy tone "can you deal with her." I talked to her an explained the situation. Gave her the name, the order, ect.. She knew immediately who placed the order and what it was. She got it for me right away. I apologized for the confusion as I was just the middle man picking up for my boss. She made this interaction way more positive and was very kind/helpful. Overall, it worked out. I would have appreciated more grace in the way of customer service. I was trying my best to be compliant and figure things out on my end. I know some of these people working are young, but better customer service would surely keep from rubbing customers...
Read more(Speedway and Tucson- Drive Thru) Yeah so there is a girl who works here (maybe the manager) who is really rude for no reason. I've had multiple dealings with her and her giving me nasty looks. She is just generally stand offish, rude, and not friendly at all. The first time I had an issue with her was when I asked for another ranch since I ordered 3 and only got 2. She gave me the nastiest death stare and rolled her eyes as she slowly went to grab the ranch. She gave me the ranch and without saying anything she slammed the drive through window in my face. I kept going back to this eegees and was lucky enough to not have to deal with her most of the time. This last time though, I ordered 3 ranches as I normally do. She hands me the bag and I saw there were only 2 ranches so I asked her nicely if I could have another ranch. She again glares at me and goes to grab one. As she's handing it to me she tells me to make sure next time I'm ordering the extra ranch when I order my food. I told her I did order 3. So maybe next time have your facts straight before you accuse me of trying to get a free ranch?? And put the right amount of ranches in the bag?? I bet she makes other customers feel bad when they have to deal with her too. Her attitude is uncalled for! Also, isn't it YOUR job to read the receipt when handing a customer their bag and making sure all the items are in it? Probably won't be coming back to this eegees ever again. Read moreI’ve had some really disappointing experiences with Eegee’s here recently. By far, the worst store I’ve been to has been Speedway and 6th Ave. They have made more mistakes at that location in the handful of times I’ve been there as every other Eegee’s combined. And this was the first location where i ended up with hair in my Eegee on two separate occasions, but not the last, as you will see. And this has not been the only issue I’ve had there. I was also given a fake $20 bill back as change and when i went back to take the issue up with the manager, he said he couldn’t do anything for me since i didn’t have the receipt, which their employee couldn’t be bothered to give me even after i made a comment about the fact that they’re supposed to offer you a receipt every time.
Usually, the Speedway and Tucson Blvd location is pretty good. But today, all i ordered was a large Eegee and when i got it (not 5 or 10 or 20 minutes after i left but immediately) the drink was already half melted, as you can see in the pictures, and there was about a dozen hairs right on top of the Eegee. I don’t know what it is with Eegee’s and getting hair in everything but it’s DISGUSTING.
