Firehouse Subs Tucson Spectrum — Restaurant in Tucson

My son and I go to Firehouse Subs every couple weeks, we usually go to the location on Old Spanish Trail, but were in the area shopping. We ordered our food and waited about 15 minutes for it to come out, I then checked the bag to make sure it was correct before leaving. The Au Jus was missing from my French dip, and my sons sandwich had everything on it, when I'd asked for items to be removed. When I walked up to the counter to tell the employee about the onions and tomatoes on the sandwich, her response was "are you sure?". I was taken aback and said yes, I'm sure. She said that she would remake it, I then opened my French dip and the meat was cold. I requested my money back, we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes as we had already been there for 20 and take the chance of it being wrong again.

I've never had a problem at any Firehouse Location before, so I was really surprised.

I got my refund and we went straight to the other location, which is a pretty far drive to get correctly made sandwiches. But as always we had a great meal there!! Also the employee took my phone number after giving me a refund, I'm not sure why, as she didn't tell me any reason for this.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash , I arrived at the exact time my pick time said . So I could understand if it wasn’t ready yet . But the problem is that not one employee asked me about it for another 10 minutes . While checking everyone out and making their food first . I waited for the delivery food to be made after everyone else’s 15 minutes later . as if the person who ordered it and my self could care less about getting it or getting it to them in a timely manner . There’s no excuse for treating people like this as my time does actually matter. At least have the decency to speak and ask me what I’m here for the same as everyone else . But it’s like they can tell when your a delivery driver and once they realize that , there’s no respect for the fact that these delivery drivers are actually at work also , just trying to feed our family . There shouldn’t be any secret animosity about that . the way that this chain along with other food franchises at the moment are treating it’s (3rd party co workers)/delivery drivers...
