The girl who made my order was so careless and sloppy. During checkout I ended up spending a few minutes cleaning up the cups just so I can carry them. She hands me one of my cups with a spoon assuming that I didn’t want a lid or that I was eating there. So naturally I had to ask for a lid to contradict her assumption and extend my checkout process. So she gives me a lid that’s too small so I had to ask for a bigger lid. So this lid is too big and just pushes the ice cream down and out of the cup and now the cup is leaking everywhere. And I end up having to clean up that mess even though the only way to clean it up enough to carry it is to cut off the top half of the contents and get a new cup considering by this time the cup is starting to warp and get soggy itself. At this point she asks me if I want a bag. She then proceeds to give me a paper bag that ends up being too small to hold both of my cups of course and ultimately ends up soggy and tearing and leaking Ice cream everywhere. I would give this location a -5 stars except unfortunately Google doesn’t offer that option. I think with the laziness these days that humans in customer service positions exhibit lately they should definitely consider adding it so reviews can be more accurate. Anyone who wants to work here please don’t, although minimum wage is 14.35 employees get paid 11.00 and there are roaches everywhere all over waffle cones some even in the ice cream the management is horrible. highschoolers work there and have problems taking days off, and all of these reviews say there are roaches everywhere and nobody has fixed the problem, there is an employee that is under 14, nothing looks sanitary, and the management doesn’t do anything but force CHILDREN to clean and do their jobs for them, this business is a joke and I don’t understand how they are still open, not only is there no food safety but if you ask me there’s also child labor involved. Please corporate do something because it’s disgusting to run a business and have all these things going wrong and yet...

Working here was absolutely horrible. The owner and the manager have no idea how to run a business. The customer service of these people are awful. I would ask a customer how their day was and the manager told me no small talk their going to buy the ice cream anyways. Like seriously??? The back of the store is disgusting and filthy. And if you think the paper towels ur using to dry off your clean hands are useable think again. The insides of the paper towel machines are caked with dust, I went to clean those and she said that wasnt priority, alright cleanliness not priority customers not priority, copy that.
