Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

The recent service is very terrible. The table area now is very dirty and staffs don't really care anything about their customers. We paid for the pizza and waited for them to page us on the pager. When we got page, I went to the area to pick up the food. It was laying in the buffet area and there was a boy almost tore a piece out of the pizza. I told him to stop and wait. The pizza could belong to me. This create a situation that really made me got mad. Then I knocked on the glass with the pager and raised my voice, "Who is in charge here?". There was a young man walked out and he said, "It is not my job to be there." I asked, "Whom is that pizza? and who did drop it here?" Then, he said that he did. But, why didn't he take that responsibility to be there? There was another man I believe he was a manager there. He came without saying much and told me that pizza was mine and waved his hand as asking me to take that pizza and leave the store. The service there was so horrible. I believe it is part of the immigrant issues, or their culture. I believe they don't know the way of restaurant services and they don't speak in English well. However, the man seemed to be a manager had never said, "Sorry". I believe he barely says sorry to anyone around him. There is a pickup window but they block it for a register machine. I am just wondering the reason they don't use the other two on the registered area! An employee changed trash bag. He shook the bag with dust all over the customers who were sitting around. Ordered food waited 45 minutes until they called me said only part of my order was ready sat back down. Every one else at my table got there food. (We ordered separately but I ordered first) so I go back and tell them I never got my salad. They told em they ran out but 5 people at my table got salads as well so they got them first for soem reason. They said they can "accommodate" me by give me a free ranch cup. I paid 6 dolalrs and some change for my salad. I do not want a ranch cup. What do I do with just a ranch cup? Then they didn't even want to redund me the money. Had to litterally tell them to give me my money back more than 3 times and they told me " it's ok you're good" as if I made a mistake. They never apologized once litterally acted as though I was the problem. In what world do you order food and just act like " it's all good" no getting anything. I'm not a charity and I'm not "donating" my money to. Peter piper pizza. Terrible service. Every one who works there clearly is not trained to do their job including the manager. Also my chicken wings were chewy and fatty and not good at all and over priced. Honestly every one should go to round1 food is much better arcade is better and prizes are better. Peter pipers is terrible and just gets worse every time I have to go for a family event. I will not be back. I don't recommend this...

I was currently in there picking up an order i did over the phone , the girl helping me was named Florina after telling her the name of the order she insisted that it was wrong I also gave her the phone number she also said it was wrong at last I told her what I had ordered and she said she still couldn’t find it she called one of her coworkers and as soon as i spoke with the coworker she was able to find my order after that Florina was just giving me attitude and proceeded to get the pizza and slam it on the counter. I then paid and asked her for plates and as I was about to ask her for peppers she walked away she once she grabbed the plates and put them in a bag she threw the bag on top of the pizza! Worst customer service experience ever i go there atleast twice a month and nothing like that has ever happened til this time that Florina helped me. Hope you guys can take manners in to your hands...
