07/05/25 We drove across town in effort to buy shoes and a backpack. I even checked online to verify my selections were available. We arrive 20min before closing, and were met by Manuel who stopped us only a few steps in the store and told us they were closed at 7:40. I told him I know what I want and you have it in stock , you close at 8 and I have time. He raised his voice and abruptly stood and would not let us further in the store. He was rude, abrupt and stand offish. Needless to say I left upset as posted hours said closing at 8 and I was kicked out of the store at 740. I doubt 15-20 would make much difference but the loss of a good customer might. Sooo first lets start off with I love this store! But at this location the MANAGER DEE MALE, was so disrespectful to me and my gf! Horrible service he literally was so DISRESPECTFUL!! I read the return and exchange policy and he wouldn't even give me the time of day! He gave me a ugly response and for him to be like that was very ridiculous and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! He should not have that Manager Position Especially if he cannot accommodate COMPANY POLICY! Which I clearly read out loud to him!
