Went here for our usual Tuesday wing special. Unfortunately, this will be our last time today. The two of us sat at the bar and quickly took note, we were most likely not going to get quality service. Two other couples were there and both looked frustrated at trying to get their bill. We finally were asked what we wanted, I replied a couple of draft beers and some wings. We got our beers and we were told she'd come back for our food order. One of the couples finally left the bar and went to the hostess station and asked to pay their bill. Meanwhile, two separate men sat down at the bar within five minutes of each other. Both raised their hand up attempting to get some service at the bar. At this point, we were finally asked our wing order. As we drank our beers, we noticed how everything seemed dirty and unkept. The bar top was full of dishes from previous customers, the bulk of the liquor bottles had paper cone cups covering their spouts, and the bar top had water & sticky rings all over. After nearly 50 minutes, the lady bartender asked if we were having a second beer. I said we haven't even gotten our simple wing order and we watched others receive their food that had sat down after us. Furthermore, I said we will be closing our tab and will pay for the two beers ($14.67) and cancel the wings. As she was closing out our tab, another server was bringing out the order for her to serve it to us. She was overheard, "they don't want it anymore, it's taking to long." He said let me walk it over to them and see if i can entice them with these. We explained to him how disappointing the service has been and she was already closing out our tab, as requested. As we waited for the bill, no manager ever came out to follow-up with food going back into the kitchen or to address the customers complaint. Meanwhile the other two men said, "this is awful today. It took me 10 minutes of waving my hand to ask for a lemonade." The other guy stated, "I'm still waiting for a to-go order after 35 minutes and you guys were here before me". As I walked out, I noticed the manager hiding in the kitchen and not on the floor observing the negative atmosphere. I called to him and asked him to please step out of the kitchen, and speak with me. Robert, the manager approached and I expressed the concerns and overall experience. His only response was "I'm sorry, I'm short staffed and my usual bar tender called in." I can't believe that one bartender is the reason the entire restaurant was running so poorly. I then informed him we usually come every couple weeks and spend about $60 for two of us. However, this would be our last time coming to this location. He replied, "okay I'm sorry". Never once did he attempt to make it right. The other two men from the bar walked out at the same time, and said they couldn't believe they didn't offer to box up the wings and say this is the least I can do after nearly an hour.
I can see why recent reviews are giving 1 and 2 stars. Not worth the money anymore and leave disappointed. Thomas, (usual bartender) You will be missed as you clearly can't be sick without the entire place falling apart. Hope you feel better soon and when you come back, ask the owner for manager pay too. Robert needs to take responsibility of his failures or...

Read moreRob and I went here for dinner about two weeks ago and we really enjoyed it. I couldn't figure out what I was wanting and they were going to be closing in an hour so when I heard Rob order a pizza for himself I reluctantly asked if he would'nt mind if I joined in on that with him. See, I don't like pizza at all. I used to but the pizza nowadays has no taste. It's like eating card board because nobody cares in making it right. Am I right? Of course I am {haha} so he said yes and we waited. We got half cheese pizza and the other half, which was mine, was mushrooms and black olives. Rob was kidding, well serious but kidding, when he told the server not to have any of my toppings on his side. The pizza came out a little while later and you saw this prominent line down the middle of the pizza. Haha it was perfect!! Rob was happy haha He has his side completely eaten by the time I got my first piece, I believe. The man was hungry! I took a bite and that was it. I was hooked! That pizza was delicious!! I couldn't believe it!! So anyway, I took two pieces home with me and put them in the fridge guarding them like it was fort Knox. Haha Gotta go here,... You won't be disappointed. Oh and the server was awesome. Rob and I like about a ton of sugar each in our iced teas, okay maybe not that much, just a five pound bag each, and she brought out a bowl and spoon! Best...
