I had a horrible experience at this location on Sunday 12/29/24 at around 9pm. I ordered a dozen original splashed l glazed donuts and was given a total and told to pull up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window I could see at least five employees just laughing and not paying attention to the window. I waited for about 10 minutes until I had to open the door and waved at them. Someone finally came up to the window and asked me what I wanted. I told her I placed an order at the drive through window and she proceeded to close the window after motioning for me to wait. She came back to the window and handed me a box and closed the window without charging me. I checked the box to see what she had given me and there were a dozen donuts but they were just thrown in the box. The lady then came back to the window and asked me in a very threatening voice if I wanted to pay for them since I was still at the window. I told her I had money to pay and that the donuts were cold and she said that's how they were and that they didn't make donuts today. The only reason I went to get donuts and put up with their horrible service is because my niece who had been sick was craving them. I placed an order for the new Harry Potter donuts at 5:30 this morning so that I was sure to have the donuts ready when I got there at my 10:30 pickup time and that they would not be sold out. I live in Oro valley and the drive is about 50 mins from my door to Krispy Kreme. We get there and they tell me that my order was cancelled and I got an email notice of the cancellation. I checked my email and the order was cancelled right around the time I walked out the door on my way to pick it up. The staff did not seem to care about my inconvenience, did not make any attempt to fix the issue or offer anything else in place, just asking if I wanted to place a new order. when I decided to order the Italian donuts to still have something to bring home, those were sold out as well. This place is poorly ran, the customer service is terrible and I fully believe they sold my reserved orders to other customers instead of holding my order for me. I will never buy from them again and just want to put the warning out for anyone else that might decide to try the same. I wasted 2 hours, my gas and had I never leave my house on Mondays because I work from home and usually have a lot going on, but I thought this would be a great treat for my kids and wanted to bring them something special. Read moreOur experience at this location was comical. We arrived at the drive-thru @ 9:01am and we were the only vehicle in the drive through area at the time. We were told to wait a few minutes but the lady forgot to mute her mic or something as it sounded like she was play fighting with someone..(?) When she was ready she asked what we wanted. We ordered a mocha latte and she said the machine was broken. Okay, no worries. I ordered 2 mini glazed donuts. She replied back saying they didn’t have chocolate but only had original and glazed. I answered with, “okay, can I have the 2ct of mini glazed donuts”. She confirmed and asked me to pull forward. It was 9:05 at the point. Once we drove up to the window, it was a bit of a waiting game. At 9:09, the same lady came up to the window and apologized for the wait. She then asked what we ordered. … I let her know it was the two mini glazed donuts. She laughed, apologized, and asked if she could give us 2 mini original ones as they were out of glazed. I said no thanks and drove off. There were several vehicles behind us at that point. The person directly behind us drove off without taking anything as well.
