Can't rate the atmosphere for I wasn't there. I used Uber eats, however Uber has their menus wrong, but upon calling the actual store and the Uber Driver, the store manager corrected the issue and even went above and beyond along with the Uber driver returning and coming back a second time due to the error in the Uber Eats menu. So it wasn't the store, any of the employees or the drivers fault. No it was Uber Eats and Corporate not getting their menus right. Not the first time Uber Eats has done this nor was the app in anyway helpful when I noticed the order was wrong. Other than it connecting me to the driver but again, it wasn't their fault. So, I'll definitely order here again, and tipped the driver well. But as for the app Uber Eats, bye bye Felicia never again. Let alone the charges they add to the orders. Not worth the hassle. For they make businesses look bad by not keeping their platform updated. Do not recommend ordering from Uber Eats at all. But again. The driver was awesome and so was the store manager when I called. 5 star service for sure. 0...
Read moreMaybe it should be zero stars. Need more hamburger places, etc at this area. We have gone to this overpriced, and food never good place maybe 3 times in 30 years. There were maybe 2 customers inside, and two in drive thru, yet it took almost half hour to get our food ( drive thru) had to wait out front. We ordered breakfast biscuits- they were small like golf balls and possibly harder. The onion rings were oily, the container was drenched with oil and even attempt to dry oil with papertowels was useless. The workers could be seen through windows shooting the breeze as we waited in hunger for this food we had to throw away. Instead of standing around doing nothing and making bad food they should clean the filthy front windows and doors. 4- 5 workers seen inside, why? No business or slow. Owner please send secret customer to check. Thought about taking food vs throwing to get money, but since they were so unfriendly, etc., thought it might take a while, a long while. They need a KFC and another hamburger place at that...
Read moreThese guys are consistently the worst, they closed the store AND drive-thru for “cleaning” AFTER THEY ACCEPTED MY MOBILE ORDER, didn’t bother to turn that off before deciding they weren’t going to be open, so I had to call in to try and get a refund but they tell me they actually do have my order and itll be rights out SURPRISE it wasn’t ready at all and they made me wait so long I was late for work, then they finally do bring it out and instead of taking multiple trips to drop off food to multiple people who were waiting the women handing out orders piles it all in her arms and puts it in THE OUTSIDE GROUND! while she digs around for the right order. I come here late at night because it’s the only thing open but I guess now Ill stick to gas stations snacks. If that’s what you’re willing to do out in the open I can’t imagine how nasty the things that happen behind the scenes are....
