Our friend who had ear ache drove to window to place an order ( due hard to hear from drive thru speaker) she said, no other customers there either outside or inside. After honking several times at window no one would come to window. She said she drove around to speaker, told worker about ear issue and the woman said "Viva's Drive thru". Our friend said she reiterated ear issue and the woman sarcastically answered and said, this is the drive thru! It's very sad our friend said they use to like this place until the cold food and service, etc. Now our friend, friends, family and even us refuse to go there and buy from them, there are too many local Mexican places near by ( a couple are super delicious and about the same price or less, with drive thru and or pick availability). The response was to contact management for what? ■Used to be our go to place. Twice have received ice cold food. The second time we called about the issue with cold food, a man answered and yelled "WHAT DO YOU WANT"?- in spanish. Then he hung up. We know the cashier spoke English but no one would answer after we tried to call back. We tried calling Viva's on Tanque Verde location, guy answered in English passed phone to their assistant manager, the lady answered in spanish, didn't speak English and hung up on us? Read moreOrdered two asada burritos in drive thru and wanted everything in them plus rice only to get two burritos with NO guacamole or pico de gallo. The burritos only had rice, beans and meat very unsatisfying also I called to tell them and whoever answered the phone which was a lady completely ignored me and left the phone to where I can only hear the background noise. I then had to go to the restaurant and speak to the lady at drive thru who at a surprise had a child standing next to her and she stated we ordered two burritos with only beans rice and meat which was incorrect. we wanted EVERYTHING on them and to add rice never did we say we wanted to take anything out of the burritos as shown on the receipt. She then gave us a burrito in return of me handing one of the burritos back to her but when she gave me the new burrito she rudely handed it to me and closed the window without saying anything which is fine I just wanted the right order. Read moreWent through the drive thru ordered 3 burritos and 2 tacos. Asked specifically what was in the chicken fajita burrito. I was told grilled chicken, onions, bell pepper and tomatoes. I ordered this burrito minus the tomatoes for my daughter (she has a lot of food allergies so I always ask what's in things I'm not familiar with). The employees were nice enough to label all burritos. My daughter was the last to take a bite of her burrito and to our surprise it was chicken, rice and guacamole. She is allergic to guacamole. It's not as bad as some of her other allergies but She's uncomfortable, lip is swollen and her throats a little itchy. I called Viva only to be hung up on TWICE!
