I arrived here at around 1:30 pm this past Saturday to accept Little Caesar's offer of a free Lunch Special with a Pepsi. Around ten fellow Veterans were there upon my arrival, waiting for their free Lunch Specials. I was informed by one of the Vets that they had run out and were preparing more. I took my place in line and chatted with my fellow Vets about which branches we had served, sports rivalries, Tucson points of interest, etc. There were no complaints voiced amongst us Vets for the delay...we adapted to the situation and made the best of it. More Vets continued to arrive and the line moved outside the door after the cashier asked us to do so..."in order to make room for our REGULAR customers." The Lunch Specials were ready about five minutes after her request and we began trickling inside to pick up our Specials. As I awaited my turn, I observed the Manager telling her employees in an angry tone that this was the LAST batch of these Veteran freebies and for them not to make any more of them. This was at 1:45 pm (The offer was scheduled and advertised to run until 2 pm.) They had already run out of sodas, so all of us received only the pizzas. The Manager at this location demonstrated with her manner, tone of voice, and choice of words that we Veterans were a nuisance to her and her staff. Unlike other Little Caesar's locations I visited that day, whose managers and staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient, this Manager, along with her cashier were diametrically opposite. I will NEVER return to the 22nd Street location, and I urge my fellow Veterans and our local Active Duty personnel to choose a different Little Caesar's location for...
Read moreMy daughter loves Little Caesar's, so we went here to pick up some dinner on the way back home from Mt. Lemmon. The food was fine, but the fellow up front taking the orders seemed very stressed out. He appeared to be the night manager as everyone did what he asked. He was very gruff and had an abrasive manner. I tried not to take it personally as I assumed he just must have been having a tough evening. When I ordered, he was listening to me, but looking straight through me. You could tell he had other things on his mind. No pizzas were ready, so we waited in our vehicle until our order would be ready. When I went back to check on my order, he never made eye contact with me. He spoke to two other people there who were waiting, but still did not acknowledge me. I finally walked up and asked if my order was ready, as I could plainly see it sitting behind him waiting to be picked up from the time I walked in. He turned, handed it to me, and went back to doing what he was doing without talking to me or saying goodbye. I felt he must just be under a lot of stress to act this way and told him, "You're doing a good job and I hope that your night goes better." He looked up at me briefly, then went back to what he was doing without saying anything to me. It was a very strange experience and I probably won't go back to...
Read moreWell I would have like to leave a review about what they are in business for. Unfortunately I can not. In guessing you are wondering why I am leaving a review? Or why I can't leave one about The food or service? This review goes out to whomever has set up the webpage for online ordering specifically the part where it directs you to account registry for a new account. I attempted this process 3 times , resulting in 3 failures due to a supposed number(s) in The first name field. Wrong answer web page, walt, ask the judges, ding ding, wrong answer , try again. Since when does the first name "Jeremy" contain any numbers? Can I buy a vowel? Or buy a number? Or perhaps buy a PIZZA? nope sure can't! This only forces me to be InconInconvenienced to stop the job I'm currently in the middle of, to go do carryout from them, or go to The competition which will cost a lot more, take longer, and doesn't carry crazy bread. All I wanted was just one pizza but they wouldn't give it to me, I hope they won't instaltutionize me...
