Marc's Blue Smoke BBQ — Restaurant in Tucson

We experienced Marc's Blue BBQ and all in all it was good considering that his current smoker is too small to keep up with the demand. Marc did say he has a larger smoker being built which will help. The brisket was very good. The tenderness, it was moist and good flavor. The ribs were good but maybe a smidgen dry but his homemade bbq sauce paired well with the ribs. I was the first customer of the day and ordered a pound of brisket to eat for dinner later in the day. The brisket was moist, delightfully smoky, and delicious. No idea why anyone gave this a low rating. I'm visiting from CA, travel a lot and I know (make my own) excellent BBQ. This IS excellent BBQ! It is clear they start with top grade meat/ingredients, they were smoked/cooked to perfection, even the mac-n-cheese and beans were great.
