Worst McDonald's ever I've been experiencing bad service at McDonald's lately but the worst here in Tucson Arizona which in the be the one on la Cholla and river placed an order of 4 double cheeseburgers and not make mc double but double cheeseburger and they were only one single Patty and all of them and put in a McDouble white paper a double cheeseburger is yellow paper I work there about maybe 10 or 11 years ago and I still remember that not only that but my daughter's plain cheeseburger was the black is it was so burnt that it was disgusting on top of that I took a bite as I'm driving you know trying to rush at 8 you know I'm really tired after work so I took a bite and then meat tasted rotten very Gainey I called literally about 7 minutes later and the manager name Alicia I let her know that I just order and my number of the order and the receipt and everything and I even told her I was willing to take pictures and send them to her she told me that she repeated everything I said and then she had the nerve to ask me if I have the receipt and I said yes weren't you listening I told you I have the receipt number and the order number so then she can you just bring the food and tomorrow and I said are you serious right now are you want me to bring in the food that's really rotten and burnt enough I can't even give it to my children and I have to go somewhere else to get food but now your telling me I have to carry old burnt good back if I want my money back? alucia replied yeah if you want your money back you need to bring that food back and I said wow I was like I have pictures you're really going to make me bring that food back she said yes and I said you know what I will make sure that I talk to someone because you know I have had to return back food and I'm never been told to bring it back just to have my receipt number or a picture of the food so I went the next day and I brought up her name took the receipt brought the rotten food and then another manager had the nerve to ask me if I had the receipt and when did I talk to her and what time was Alicia you know told all this you know if you ask me it is the worst customer service I witness in awhile not only that but they're not communicating and shut all she had to do was write it in the lawn for the next manager to read over not only that but instead of asking me you know let me take care of you right then and there they said you can wait here while I go discuss this with the manager and I said I have you no pictures and I'm going to make sure that I post these and let corporate know what's going on because I am aware of the restaurant that are corporate and franchise in Arizona I said,you guys are corporate should never be this bad if I could rate this place besides a 1 rather give it a -25 % due to the wait in drive through and bad food all the way to wrong wrapper and horrible manager with no customer service what do ever and the horrible customer service continue the next day with the...
Read moreMy family and I stopped here for lunch and the place was "dead" meaning NOT busy at all. There was only one other customer here who was already eating when we walked in. I'm one of them people that doesn't like using kiosks or even self checkouts at the grocery stores for that matter,but being that absolutely nobody came to the front to take our order, we had to use the kiosk. This was our first visit ever to this McDonald's here on River & La Cholla in Tucson Arizona, it is also our last visit to this location. When the manager brought us our food, they were trying to give us hard and cold fries. So, right to his face I said "These fries are old!" He looks at me all matter-of-factly & asks, "Would you like some fresh fries, ma'am?" I told him, "Well, yeah, duh!!" Why is that even a question?? Then we noticed my son was missing his burger, even after showing the manager my receipt he tried arguing with me saying they gave us his burger when they DIDN'T! I was almost tempted to grab that manager kid by the ear back to our table and show him "Look!" My son doesn't have his burger. But he stopped arguing with me and said they'll bring it out to us, which they did. As I mentioned, nobody was here when we got here. Yet, our order took about 30 minutes to get to our table. We should have stuck to our regular location at 22nd & Country Club where there's never been any issues with the service nor our food, but I didn't feel like driving to the other side of town. Read moreI’ve gone to this McDonald’s a handful of times. I’ve had Breakfast, Lunch and dinner there a few times. Eva use it’s literally down the road. Every time I have ordered there, my order has always, not just once but always has been wrong or not what we asked for. There is never any ice cream every and the fries are constantly being refried over and over or they are completely cold and stale. Today my wife had ordered a McDouble and 4 piece nuggets with a dr.pepper and a large fry. She got home and was like “again? Dammit” she had received the McDouble but nothing else. We drove back and were treated as if we lied about their mistakes. I then asked for a refund and was told to call corporate and ask them for my wife’s 21 dollars. The man then closed the window and proceeded to use his phone and talk to the other employees. We had no one behind us in the drive through so my wife then proceeded to call the establishment. We got a hello and my wife said a few words then got hung up on. This continued for three more calls he even answered the phone and looks out the drive through window smile and the hangs up. I am sick of these costumer service personal that are constantly disrespecting the consumer of their employers goods, I will be personally boycotting this location and taking my money to another establishment, Taco Bell is behind them so I’ll just go there regularly.
