Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Tucson

Customer service was good, however the drinks are very poorly made. They are very watered down and not made correctly. We ordered quite a few drinks and none of them tasted as what they really should be. I hope they can work on improving the drink making skills because when you buy a drink it is important that it tastes exactly what it should be. I did notice this location only has 3.9 stars but I was hoping to get a good experience out of it. It doesn't seem that way. Definitely not returning to the specific location. One of our ordered drinks was iced green tea latte (pictured) and it's not made correctly and it looks very water down and not mixed properly. The other drinks we got were an ice chai, a strawberry acai which also looks extremely watered down, a strawberries and cream frappuccino with chips and an ice vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam and the cold foam was not even added on to it but we paid for it. The Starbucks inside Target located at the Tucson Spectrum does not adhere to their posted hours. On several occasions, I have gone to this Starbucks at 9:20am to purchase a drink and they are not even open. Today I went there and they had 3 people behind the counter with the lights off, stating that they were stocking the store, and they didn’t know when they would be finished. Starbucks corporate needs to look at this store’s operating procedures. I have never been to any other Starbucks inside Target and have this happened. And it’s happened on several occasions. The sign on the door says open until 1 pm and I was there at 12:30 to pick up my and my daughter’s mobile order. After I stood outside waiting to pick up my drink that was sitting on their pick up counter the girl sweeping opens the door with an attitude and tells me their lobby is closed at 1230 when the sign on the door says 1pm and tried to tell me to I had to get back in my car and go to the drive thru I explained my drink is on the counter and she finally let me get my drinks and be on my way.
