I waited in line for a total of 20 minutes. There was seven people in front of me and when I got to the front of the line, I asked if they could get more white rice because it was empty, and the girl so that I Could have a seat and wait for it to be done and then when it was done, I would get called back to the front of the line. The white rice was done. There was two people that got in line while I was waiting and she served them first and made me wait and then I finally got the white rice for my bowl, but then there was no pinto beans left so I asked if there was more pinto beans she said yes and then she continued to ask me what chicken I wanted so I told her I wanted the hot chipotle. She walked off with my bowl somewhere And came back and put pinto beans in it, and then she put the chicken. She literally walked off and then A man came up and said ādid she really just clock out Without helping this customer?ā And then I looked to my right and she got in line so apparently her eating was more important than finishing my bowl so then at that point, I just told them At that point, all I wanted was a drink because it was absolutely disgusting how I was treated On top of that when I left the store, I called and a man answered and didnāt say thank you for calling chipotle he said thank you for calling 20 second so I asked him if I was calling chipotle and then he said yes, so I explained to him the situation he continuously was trying to cut me off and then when I was done telling him what happened all he said was that he was going to have a talk with her he didnāt apologize for it. He didnāt offer Anything As a result of my poor experience and how I was treated, he literally just said he was going to have a talk with her and have a good day and he hung up the phone....

After standing in a line of only 10 people for about 25 minutes the process shut down completely when I was first to order. Not one employee made eye contact or said anything. This went on for about 6 minutes. No hello or sorry we'll be right with you. Finally, the shift leader acknowledged the wait and apologized. I ordered a burrito with brown rice and no beans and at this point seeing a half a cup of rice and a spoonful of barbacoa sitting on a desert of tortilla really is the 3rd strike. I said "can I get double of all of that" and the shift leader leaned in and told the employee to go ahead and not charge me. Great, I get the normal portion I'm accustomed to and not charged double thanks! So at this point I've been at the chipotle for 30 minutes and haven't eaten yet. The store felt like it was in chaos and its only 8pm. The cashier and maybe M.o.d.was yelling things to the employees in the back and in front of us jokingly as she seemed flustered. I've worked in restaurants for 10 years and I know what the rush is like and what she's trying to do and relate with the other employees its stressful but lets get through it with humor. I get that but she seemed distracted from the task at hand. Lastly she responded with "sure thing bub" As most of the employees were female I would expect that if I were to call them darling or sweet heart they wouldn't enjoy it. I did not enjoy the pet name especially after the experience I just described. Sadly this experience was enough for me not to return to that location. Also the "eyeballing" of portion control is a flawed...

I almost always order through the app because I'm pressed for time so I don't always have the luxury of waiting around to open everything up and make sure it's perfect. Last 5 times I have ordered online every single order has been wrong. Wrong meat and missing items on one. Missing items on the other 4, also didn't follow my instructions for extra of certain things. On 2 of them there was so little of what I asked to have extra of I thought it wasn't even there. Today when I went in to pick up my order I opened it up to check it out. Sure enough there was hardly any corn salsa and I asked for extra. I asked the girl at the counter for a side of the corn salsa since I had asked for extra and there was hardly any in my burrito bowl, she then told me it was going to be $1.50 for the side. So they made me pay for something I was supposed to get but didn't...and already paid for. Awesome. I wasn't going to pay for the other 2 things I asked them to put extra of and I didn't have time to argue about it. Idk what's been going on but now I'm pretty over it. And the few times I've asked to be contacted over my orders from Chipotle they haven't even reached out to me once or returned my emails. Incredibly disappointing since this has been such a great location up...
