Eliana who I asked her name was the best customer service Manger I ever Delt with she was very professional I had first went into the burger King on Irvington and campbell I've been going to that Burger King for years And And I never have any problems but this night was horrible. There was 3 younger kids working completely disrespectful. Completely rude, not helpful at all. Didn't know what they were doing and it was just wrong. I'm pregnant, so I'm already emotional. And it was just a bad experience. So me and my husband ended up going to the Burger King on Valencia and front of the airport and there was a young lady.She is a manager and her name is Eliana I think they were about ready to close, but she ended up serving me anyways. Very respectful even made extra chicken for me when she didn't have to cause it was late. Offered me a drink. I had told her about the experience. I had at the other Burger King. And that's why I ended up at her store and she apologized. A lot for the experience I had at the other one. She was a wonderful young lady. She made me happy she made my night better. And I'll go back there from now on. Instead of going to the wall that's convenient and close to my house. Just because people are very rude and disrespectful and it's not right. People shouldn't act like that. I had even explained to her that I was pregnant and that I was very emotional and again.She apologized and told me.I didn't deserve to be Treated like that and made me feel a lot better again.Recommend this...
Read moreWe did a mobile order at 447pm. We arrived at this BK at 514pm. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we arrived. We didn't get to the speaker until 534. We then waited until 541 until someone spoke to us on the speaker. We were then wondering how long we were going to have to wait in front for our food because everyone who ordered before us were still there. Turns out they made our food when we ordered it and it was sitting there for almost an hour. Usually they make it when we say we are here at the speaker. All the food was cold, the burgers were soggy because the tomatoes mixed with the sauce caused mushed buns. All the ice in the drinks were 90% melted and the frozen pies were warm. And one of the burgers looked like it had animal hair on it. We had to wait. We couldn't leave because you pay up front with the app. This location is not the fastest. Never has been. This is the second time we waited a long time. Last time we waited was during graduation for almost an hour. But the wait is bad enough, but when our hot stuff is cold and our cold stuff is hot, there is a problem. The food was just sitting on the counter where the window opens up. Read moreI had dropped off my granddaughter at Tucson's airport and wanted to purchase a chocolate shake and food for my great grand daughter. I didn't realize my granddaughter had the remote fob in her possession and it wasn't in the car. When I got to Burger King I turned off the car and wanted to take the fob and lock the car. THE FOB WAS STILL WITH MY GRANDAUGHTER AT THE AIRPORT. She couldn't get to me and I couldn't get to her because the car would not start without the fob. I asked two guests at BK if they could give me a ride to the airport about a mile away. One didn't have a car and the other wouldn't. My granddaughter asked 2 people at the airport if they could give her a lift to the BK to give me the fob, to no success. She was crying because of the situation and her plane leaving. I asked the Manager of Burger King if she would be able to take me to the airport and she was soooo gracious and said she would love to help me. She did and my granddaughter passed the fob to us with red eyes and all was well.. Kudos to a wonderful, sweet lady...
