Still fairly new to this town, my boyfriend and I are still in the midst of trying all the eateries here. We've only eaten at this place three times and have only ordered the Carne Asada Fries, BUT I have to say, THEY ARE THE BOMB!! We both come from California and have tried many fastfood Mexican dives and can honestly say, the Carne Asada Fries here are as good as one other place I've had in San Diego. The fries are crispy, the meat is properly seasoned/marinated, which makes it flavorful, and there is a perfect distribution of cheese, guacamole, and sour cream, PLUS they give you red n green sauce if you want that extra spicy zing (and yes, I poured both on, and it was excellent). She kept saying the price really fast in Spanish then I was trying to ask why it's so much (according to the menu prices should have been way less) she gave me a ton of attitude. I finally just told her to forget it and she very sarcastically said"'okay have a good night" on perfect English. ๐ I don't know what her deal was but I'm not gonna go back and risk getting a moody teenager stuck in an old...
