i went through the drive thru today and i was ordering 2 drinks for my grandma and i and when i was ordering my drink i was asking for my customizations and the lady literally sighed in the mic like she was annoyed of my order and then i pull up to the window and i wanted to do cash and rest on card and she looked so annoyed and over it so she did it finally and at the speaker i remember asking for sweet cream NOT FOAM and she charged me for foam and sweet cream so i told her it was wrong and instead of saying iāll remake it she took the long route and was tryna tell me what i ordered , mind i come to this starbucks all the time and this never happened and so she finally remade it and gave me my drinks with an attitude and then didnāt even have good customer service nor didnāt greet me or say have a good day or anything, like damn starbucks train your employees better and i came through at 2:54pm on january 29,2025 and it was the lady at the window .. the other employee that work should work more often than this lady cause she rude rude like whereās the...

Iām a creature of habit and always order a Venti matcha green tea latte with NO ICE. They always give me a venti sized cup full to the top. Today I ordered the same thing at this location and they gave me a āVentiā filled halfway up and said itās only half full because you didnāt want ice. WHAT in the world!! This has never happened and is the dumbest thing Iāve ever heard. They should have charged me for a grande or tall size for this amount thatās they put in the cup. They will make drinks and not even engage with customers that walk in and go into the pick up counter. You can sit there trying to ask someone a question and they literally ignore you. Some don't and are polite and have decent customer service the majority seems rude and "too busy to engage with customers". Again, you may be busy but, it doesn't make it right to ignore people trying to ask a question that literally takes 5 seconds.. the amount of times that they give someone the incorrect drink is astounding also.
