I’m giving them 2 stars because my daughter’s drink was perfect; just the way she wanted it. Mine on the other hand... I don’t normally ask for or even expect perfection, but when I’m paying between $5 to $7 for my cup of coffee, I should at least expect to get what I ask for. And what I asked for was no foam. The first picture is the first attempt. Not sure if you can really tell from the angle, but there’s definitely foam in this cup. So, I politely showed the barista the foam and he (very politely, I will give him that!) stated that they couldn’t take it back ( because we’re living in these times of COVID), but that they would make another one for me. BTW the drink was a soy vanilla latte, no foam. And before you ask, I mentioned “no foam” at least twice; once when I ordered, and a second time when I pulled up to the window. I did this because he didn’t repeat “no foam” back when he restated my order to me, so I wanted to be sure he heard. The second picture is the second attempt. Which had more foam than the first. Since they were obviously taking the mick, I just thanked him and drove off. I know that this drink can be made without foam because I have had it made this way plenty of times at many other Starbucks. Not sure why they couldn’t seem to do it here. If this was a $1 or $2 cup of coffee, this post wouldn’t even be happening. But Starbucks bills itself as the best in the business and they charge you enough to let you know this. Read moreThis Starbucks is amazing! I come here a few times a week on my way in for work and haven’t had any problems until a couple days ago. I went in on a Friday morning as usual and grabbed my pre-order drink and went to work. Upon getting to work, I realized they gave me a peppermint mocha instead of a peppermint hot chocolate. Kind of annoying as I don’t like coffee but, I called the store and they were super nice and told me to come in when convenient to get it remade. I go in the next day tell them what happened and they made me a new drink, no problem. The issue came when that drink was the same problem I had the day before. So I call and ask to speak with a manager. I spoke with Jamay and she was fantastic. Listened to my problems and said she would address it with the team and told me to come in the next morning and she would remake my drink personally. I come in and she is nothing but helpful. So friendly! She made my drink and asked me to taste it to make sure it was perfect (and it was). Read moreI’m in a long line patiently waiting and I asked for a tall coffee with whipped cream. Once I get my order, I have no whip cream and they gave me a grande. So I paid 565 for a grande that I didn’t ask for and there was no whip cream. So not only was I late to my appointment I had to turn around wait in line again and re-order my drink and then try to get my refund. my sandwich was frozen in the middle and not cooked properly. The meat was chewy and the bread was hard and it was definitely raw. My water was all ice and I got two sips of water. How do you mess up a water. they need to get a new person who’s making the food and drinks because they’re not doing their job right. every single time I go here something is wrong, Every single time and I’m so sick of it.
