This ice was EXPIRED not to mention the lady working on Sunday July 20th at 6:30 was EXTREMELY RUDE horrible service and product. When me and my boyfriend went in she was very short and was ignoring us with her air pod in and my bf wanted chocolate ice cream and she said she didn’t have it so he got strawberry and when I took a bite it was basically gum. When I put the spoon in it, it was like puffy it was so stretchy and I work with ice cream I can tell it was expired so I went back in and asked for a refund and I said “ this ice cream is expired and I-“ she immediately cut me off and said “okay throw it away and I’ll refund you” like she knew about it! Her whole body was basically in the tub where it was held that place is so unsanitary! Also when I went back to get the refund at 6:40 she said the place was closed when I walked in and I looked online and they don’t close until 7:00!! Horrible and very unsanitary place. Couldn’t tell if the boba in my drink were rocks or if they were actually boba because of how hard it was. I got the mango black tea with cream cheese and it was unsettling that when shook the drink to blend the tea and the topping, the cream cheese curdled. It was a really unpleasant taste and I tried so hard to like it.

I also never had this issue before, but when I was trying to drink, the cup was caving in on itself from the suction?? I thought it was just me, but my fiancé had a similar issue with the drink he got as well. I had to peel the lid open in order for me to drink comfortably. This is the best place to get tea! It is well-priced and they are always so friendly. The tea is amazing too! Their lavender milk tea and their rose tea are delicious. I am always so excited to stop by, as it’s so conveniently placed by the best stores. The interior is also gorgeous and they have different types of seating. They also have a super cool rewards program that gets you a free drink in just a few visits. Overall, this is my favorite place to get tea and I try to go as much as I can. I would recommend...
