Watershed FC — Restaurant in Tukwila

I was visiting the area from out of town and googled places to order food to take back to my hotel. On 6/25/22 I ordered food online. The website took my order, payment, and gave me a pick up time. I drove to the restaurant only to find a hand written sign on the door that they were closed on 6/25 and 6/26.

Bummed, but it was what it was. I assumed the charge would not post through my account. Well I checked a couple days later and the charge for the food order I never received did indeed post. I called and spoke to a manager on 7/2. They assured me that they had credited back my account. I checked again today and I still have not received the credit.

Why in the world would you have a system that goes through the entire ordering process when you are closed? Not only did I get charged and have not gotten back the money, but I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. I understand unexpectedly closing perhaps due to staffing issues, but come up with a better way of doing that so customer don’t waste their time and money thinking you are open and placing orders they are never...

Sometimes a bad experience can turn into a great experience. I recently ordered online from Watershed FC and paid in full. Unfortunately, management forgot to update their website that they were closed that day. So, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the doors were locked! I was frustrated. So, I wrote into the website and asked for a refund. By the time I got home (15 minutes), I received two emails and a phone call. They were deeply apologetic, and I could tell their reaction was genuine. They not only refunded me immediately, but they also gave me two free future pizzas, just to say they were sorry. The GM, Mike Mercer, is a class-act, and the employees are always accommodating and professional. It was nice to see people care about their customers! The food is great, too, btw. It's the best...

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Soaked in grease with super thin crust. It kinda combined with the takeout box and made it half paper. The sauce also tasted like they mixed it with a pound of Parmesan. It tasted awful. They also forgot about our salad. The salad was fine though.
