I see a lot of complaints about this hotel. I’m actually a very picky person. I do travel quite a bit, but here is my honest opinion. I got this hotel at a very low affordable rate. I checked in about 4 hours past check in time. The front desk lady was so sweet, fast, friendly and professional. She even wrote down a couple of good restaurant recommendations! The hotel itself feels pretty secure considering you have to use your room key to enter the building and again to enter the actual hotel where all the rooms are at. The room itself is very clean, modern and equipped. It has a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and kitchen towel. The bathroom is spacious, clean and has a very nice hotel soap. They have hardwood floors which I find rare, a decent sized desk with a not so comfortable chair. Now the bed is very firm. Definitely not the most comfortable mattress but I like them soft. The sheets were clean but comforter was paper thin. I always bring my own blanket and sheet just in case though. The bed looked a bit off and uninviting to me considering it’s a very tall metal frame. This is definitely not for families as there is no breakfast, pools or lounge areas. Location is boring for how close it is to the airport and nowhere to really walk to. I worked in my room a few days and ended up using Uber eats instead. My only suggestions for this place is to continue to prioritize cleaning, add a bit more decor as the room looks like a hospital room, opt for slightly lower beds and better bedding, and have services on the weekends since your guests still have needs. Other than that, pretty solid. I’ll consider staying again for business but not for family vacations. Also, the chair for the desk was worn but nothing terrible. My only true true complaint is the fact that I had extremely loud neighbors a few nights before the end of my stay. I could hear them in their room shouting and weee loud in the hallways and also slamming doors. Every time I heard them it was usually about 11:00 pm to 2 am. I COUKD NOT SLEEP. Either the walls are extremely thin or I just had some loud, inconsiderate and rude neighbors. Or both. Either way, that’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay again. Couldn’t sleep.

WORST EXPERIENCE- the lady in charge informed me that this was a “long term living facility” not a hotel. Red Flag #1. Do not believe anything you see online. First, the lobby was disgusting. Floors had not been cleaned since before Christ died. Upon walking to our room, the hallways had not been vacuumed and there was trash, dead bugs, ect on the floor. Once we got in our room, the window had been left open and the screen was not even attached in the window. The neighbor across the lawn was smoking and it was blowing straight into the room. The A/C was broken. There was hair on the bed and in the sheets, holes in the comforter, not to mention the cushiony hotel beds that they show in the picture was AI— because the bed we were offered was a metal bed frame without even a bedskirt. I asked for a refund as we had only been in the hotel building for maybe 15-20 mins and the lady refused and said they do not give refunds. She said this is more of a “long term living establishment” than a hotel, and they do not do daily cleanings (or monthly from what I can tell) as it’s treated like an apartment complex. What a waste of $300. Save yourself the headache. Go to the Hilton across the road. Pictures attached for proof. I wouldn’t bring a $2 lot lizard from a trailer park to this establishment. Disgusting beyond words. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, and flagging them as I’ve read other reviews that says they will charge your card out of spite Most comparable to: section 8 apartment complex living, but worse.

Roach Motel Would've Been a Step Up – What a Joke If I could give this place negative stars, I would. WoodSpring Suites is less of a hotel and more of a biohazard zone wrapped in false advertising. The second I opened the door, I was hit with a wall of odor — a charming mix of mildew, dirty mop water, and broken dreams. The walls were stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning product since the early 2000s, and to top it all off — roaches. Yes, actual live roaches, crawling around like they paid for the room. The furniture? Falling apart. The chair had material literally peeling off, as if it was trying to escape the room too. It felt like the whole place was held together with duct tape and bad decisions. I didn’t even stay one night — just turned around and left. But the best part? They still only gave me a partial refund. Classic small-town scam vibes. "Here, have a little money back for the trauma and bug infestation!" Unreal. Unless you’re filming a horror movie or looking to get bit by something unidentified in your sleep, do not stay here. Sleep in your car. Sleep in a ditch. Just don’t sleep here.

I can see that Covid has taken a toll on the pool of candidates that are available to work in the customer service field. As a former regional sales executive who traveled eight states and has stayed in many hotels I have never seen such an unprofessional organization in my entire life. My reservations were cancelled twice while I was driving to the airport. The crazy part 'is they don't care. They call you right when you are literally getting on a plane and tell you they, not you have cancelled your reservation. They leave you begging on the phone for a room. Katrina the supposed area manager is horrible. She sets the example for the behavior that is displayed throughout location. No customer service skills whatsoever. She thinks doing her job and providing customer service is simply not part of her job description. I was on the way to airport with my 80 year old mom taking her back to my 83 year old dad and Katrina cancels my reservation while I am driving to the airport to catch my plane knowing that a previous front desk rep had cancelled my reservation in the same manner only three weeks earlier. I was booked for a three queen room and booked it over a month and half before my trip to Seattle and although I keep calling to confirm my reservation and spoke with various people, no one took the time to let me know they don't even have that room anymore until I was on my way to the airport. They then knew I was at the airport and didn't seem to care nor try to find an alternative solution to accommodate me because of their error and simply cancelled my room while I was at the airport. I then call the following week and talk to Robert the manger who was extremely nice and he came up with a solution to provide some discounts based on my previous experience and I was happy. I then book another flight to Seattle after talking to him assured I was in good hands. Well he quits but notes the situation in the computer system. Then Katrina comes in assures me she will honor what Robert had in the system. I explained my horrible experience to her. She also says she would comp me two days free in addition to the other discounts. I told her I would pay prior to getting there. On the day I am leaving I call the location once and Katrina says she will call me back to take payment. I call back an hour later and she's not there. Now mind you I am catching a plane on this day. I call an hour later, she is unavailable. She then has a front desk rep call me back to get payment from me and it is $450 plus over the amount I was supposed to pay. So someone is supposed to call me back with the correct numbers. No one calls me. I call back in another hour and Katrina is not available. I call back on the way to the airport and Katrina is too busy to speak to me. I hold and the front desk representative and Katrina knowingly leave me on the phone holding for over fifteen minutes. I can hear all of the conversations going on. There is no hold music or an update Finally Katrina gets on the phone and gives me over the inflated price again and tells me she is going to take it off later. I simply ask how are they going to deduct the two days, she said she was going to give them to me and she explodes. Tells me she is going to cancel my room. Starts telling me all her feelings and how I didn't appreciate what she was doing enough? It was bazaar that I the customer, who had spent over $250.00 in Uber fares previously and had to turn around and go back home because they cancelled my reservation previously had to listen to this. She cancels my room even though I asked her not to while I am on the phone and my eighty year old mother is listening to all of this. I call back they won't answer. Katrina had no intention on giving me the discount. To put me and my family through this again as a manager knowing what I had been through previously. She...

Checking in was easy but somewhat confusing with them discussing their rules and policies regarding if you lose your key it's a $5 charge and if you call in it's not an emergency it's another charge. I checked in contumely after being on airplanes all day long so just disregarded what she was saying until I got ready to take a shower the very next morning and noticed there was no amenities in the room at all so I had to go back downstairs to ask for soap and shampoo and I verify that that was not an up charge as well. Had to walk down because the phone did not work and I have now placed to separate work orders in for the phone to work which has not been completed. ( I'm sure there excuse will be they don't have maintenance on the weekend) Regarding an iron and Iron board, You have to check that out at the front desk. ( Seriously you can Get this at a Motel 6) (I'm quite sure someone will read this and say well why didn't you stay at a Motel 6 my answers is this I make enough money so I don't have to stay at a Motel 6 and I won't be staying at a would Spring Suite again either) I have to say the staff at this particular location they were really nice however it was the confusion of the initial check in that I'm upset about after being told one thing and then told another the next day. Communication is absolutely required in this particular type of business

I am not sure about their cleaning policies and if had known how this place really was I would have never booked to stay here. It's true they up charge you for everything which is totally free at every other extended stay hotel I have ever been at. Trust me when I say the price difference was not that much different. It was a new hotel and I thought everything would be new but getting into the bed I notice there were holes in my sheets. Was planning on staying 5 days and was told someone would be in the room every other day to clean but then when checking with the manager was then told they only clean every 14 days but since I was only staying for 5 that I could exchange out the towels for no extra charge but if I was staying for 14 days then it would be a $9.00 charge but I would need to bring them down myself in the laundry basket they provided. Which is very difficult to understand if they only give you 2 towels and bath cloths so you either shower once A-day or use dirty towels and bath cloths and don't plan on working out because then you have used one of your clean towels and by calls Towne Place is an extended stay facility that offers living room with kitchen with an oven that does not charge you extra for day to day room service and will even take out your Trash. I usually do not write reviews but I think it's imperative that people know to stay away from this place even though the cheaper prices may grab your attention it does come at a very costly Price. I agree that the walls are very thin even at the check in counter you can hear people walking above and the next door guests you can hear very clearly as well as the people below . I know that the policies are not in place by the individuals that work there however management and corporate needs to understand that this is not how you run a service however I'm quite sure they are turning a profit (not for long, once people figure this out) because they don't have to pay so many people to be there especially if there is no one at the check in desk 24 hours and cleaning is done every 14 days as I was informed. Hopefully this place does not become the Frontier Airlines of the...

This hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from SeaTac airport. Getting here is pretty fast. I used google maps on my phone and the directions take you on the freeway which is the fastest route to this hotel. I was greeted upon arriving at the front desk. Checkin took about 15-20 minutes as paperwork and creation of hotel cards were underway. Making your way to the elevator you must go through these doors that is secured by your hotel card. You scan your hotel card and the elevators is straight on your left side. Upon entry to my hotel room the beds (2 queen sized) were made neatly, bathroom, floors and kitchen were clean. Kitchen also comes equip with a dishwasher, 2 sets of plates, utensils (fork, spoon & butter knife), however if you plan to wash dishes you will have to buy your own dishwashing soap. Our AC unit also functioned as a heater. Keep in mind they don't have everyday cleaning services so if you want fresh linens and towels you have to take your dirty one down to the front desk and exchange them for new ones. In addition, if you engage in this service you have to pay an extra fee which they can charge either at the beginning or end of your stay. Since cleaning service is not provided you are expected to throw your rubbish away outside in a dumpbster located to the left side of the hotel when you exit the main entrance toward the back. One of the main reasons I choose this hotel is that parking is free and there was always parking available after a long day of being out all day. Likewise, this hotel is near the freeway so whatever direction you are going whether your going to the Seattle Premium Outlet up north or to the south Downtown Seattle. There is also a Tukwila Rail Station near by so if your lazy and don't want to deal with parking you can park your car at the station and take the rail. All the nights were quiet and I couldn't hear a single airplane despite being only 2 miles away from the airport. i had several issues with my hotel card and I had to get int reactivated 2 times during my stay but the staff fixed the problem every single time. Also when they billed me for my hotel it wasn't charged one time instead it was charged every 2 days that I remained in the hotel. Make sure to ask them ahead of time to charge you the entire stay so as to not incur additional charges. Overall, if you don't mind driving about 20 minutes to 1 hr depending where you are going and the time of day, this place is a clean and quiet little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

One thing I believe they could improve upon would be to air out the elevator when they disinfect it as there were strong odors coming from it everytime I took the elevator. Am glad they disinfect regularly but I think airing out the elevator would prevent some hotel guests from passing out, getting a head ache and not too mention be safe for pets since this is a pet friendly hotel. I also would love this establishment to have cleaning services at least once every week to help keep the hotel...
