I had the most wonderful experience with Williams Flowers. I had ordered a bouquet for same-day delivery. I was informed by email that a few flowers in the selection I made weren't in stock so they would have to substitute. I was assured that it wouldn't be a downgrade, rather, a substitution that would still be as close to what I had chosen as possible. Not long afterwards, I received a photo of my bouquet still on the work table in the design room, showing me what it looked like and asking if I wanted to make any changes before it went out today. They spent so much time, care and effort assuring that my order was perfect; just to my liking. I appreciate this so very much! Jennelle was the designer who worked on my bouquet. She was very responsive and put together such a gorgeous arrangement of flowers! Top notch work! Once again Williams Flower & Gifts has FAR exceeded my expectations and I just cannot recommend them enough!!! Their customer service is excellent & they really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy & fully satisfied. The arrangement they delivered to my dearest friend for her 60th birthday was absolutely stunning! This is certainly a flower shop that makes an upgrade worth every penny because they fill the vase with additional, fresh, beautiful flowers and not greenery so do not ship over an upgrade!! The delivery driver got sick and so the arrangement was not delivered on the actual birthday as hoped. And unfortunately, I was not told on that date until I followed up the next day asking about their arrival. Then I was advised that the arrangement I wanted was not an option for the re attempt the following day. That said service recovery was fantastic after that as they provided an arrangement that was probably double the size that I had ordered and it was delivered promptly on that following day.
