This was my first visit to this establishment. My uncle wanted to try this out for his birthday, so him and my son decided to go ahead and try this adventure so my uncle went ahead he looked it up online and was able to take and get the appointment set up to go in and also download the waiver form and watch the video & the waiver form their to make the steps easier you could also pay for the services by going into the place and setting up an appointment and doing the waiver forms there either way seems to be a real smooth way of doing things when we arrived there there was not a very long waiting line at all and got things squared away and were able to go upstairs and look around and wait for their time to try their venture. During our time of waiting we had the opportunity to sit and watch as instructors trained new people become an instructors how to help people learn to do this amazing Adventure after talking to one of the guys that was instructor for a brief moment towards the end he went through the training process that they go through it is a very lengthy one they go through with the people they train to become instructors while I was watching the training procedures that go through the instructor that was going to be working with my uncle and my son had coming over and took both of them over to the area to get him jumpsuits and safety gear and go through some of the things with them before starting their Adventure of indoor skydiving so shortly before they went ahead and had their turn of trying to the skydiving out indoors I watched one the instructors inside the area where they do the indoor skydiving doing tricks and playing around inside the wind tunnel it was amazing to watch what they could do inside the tunnel and how fun it looked so finally it became time for my uncle and my son to go ahead and go out one at a time with the instructor to start trying this adventure out the instructor went through a few more instructions with each of them before going into the tunnel he helped them enter the tunnel and kind of balance them and tried to show them how to keep their arms and hands to get the procedure started my uncle did very good at getting things going and seemed happy about how the procedure was going on the instructor was very patient and very good add explaining what they needed to do and how next up was my son my son is special needs he has some learning disabilities he has a touch of autism and also ADHD along with a few other things I was very impressed with the patience the instructor had and the politeness I'm working with my son to making an experience a very enjoyable one my son however did not do very well because his medication for finally coming off of him when we started to do the procedure so is pretension spam was a little bit not there I'd recommend if you have a special need kids that takes medications for being able to pay attention easier to make sure you go within the time period their medications are fully activated I am not saying by any means that this is not a good thing for any special needs kid to go do I'm just saying for my son the medications would have helped them to focus to be able to pay closer attention to the instructor why I became really challenging for the instructor the instructor was polite he was very outgoing with my son and my son had a very amazing time there still at the end of the adventure my son had received a certificate showing he went skydiving there and also they gave him a ticket so he can come back some other time since his first visit did not go well not because of them because of just my son's medication wearing off so let's talk about packages they have several different packages for groups and individuals they have also taken out things up that they take pictures and videos of the experience to you can pay for and will download them to your email I would like to type more but I ran out of room for typing their customer service is beyond excellent I would recommend this to anyone to try I think they would really...

Poor customer service.

We purchased the basic two flight experience for our 16 year old for his birthday. When we arrived for his appointment, we purchased additional add-ons to enhance his experience, including spending an extra $10 for the trainer to "high fly" our son to the top of the wind tunnel.

Once our son got to the "high fly" portion of the experience, the trainer asked if he wanted to go to the top. Not understanding that the experience was already paid for, our son declined. We pulled the trainer aside right away and asked why our son was not taken up to the top of the tunnel. The trainer explained that our son declined and "he can't force our son to do something that our son does not want to do". Our son explained that he did not know that the experience was already paid for or he would have loved to do the "high fly". The trainer gave a "well it's too late now" answer before rushing off. The trainer could not get away from us fast enough. It was very clear that the trainer could not care less about our situation.

We reached out to another iFly employee and we were sent to the front desk to have our concern resolved. We explained the situation to the manager. The manager called upstairs to confirm that we were telling the truth about not participating in the "high fly". We were handed our $10 and given a quick "I'm sorry" before the Manager rushed onto the next customer. Nobody asked what is was that we wanted. There was zero compassion for our position and zero care for our satisfaction.

We drove 2hrs each way to give our son the "full iFly experience". I feel that due to iFly's poor communication/processes, that our 16yr old missed out on this. We did not want a refund, we wanted the experience. He's upset, we are upset, and iFly's staff could not care less. It is clear that this is a customer cattle institution that is simply interested in moving as many people through their doors each day as possible, and not a company that cares about the customer experience. This is all really too bad, because I could have honestly seen this as becoming an event that we did regularly as a family.

The staff was great from the moment we walked in, through our session and while selecting pictures. So very helpful and answered all our questions. Spencer was awesome and made the experience just that much better. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and both my child and I were very comfortable during our flights with him. What to expect. We booked online and had pre-signed our flight waiver through a link sent via email. When you arrive head to the desk to check in. Each flyer is weighed but it is not displayed anywhere others or yourself can see. Then you are given the option to add anything to your package, we opted to add the High Flights to both and it is a must, totally worth it. You receive wrist bands and head upstairs to the viewing area where you can watch other flights before yours. Once your turn you watch a training video, this is for first time flyers only, you will not have to take again for future flights. Your instructor will also go over the way your body should be positioned and hand signals the answer any questions. Next you suit up. There are lockers for your valuables and locks can be requested for no charge. Everyone flying in your group will enter a seating area together and one at a time get to fly. There is a monitor that is recording your flight that will play in the seating area a few moments after your flight so you can view your flight. After the flight the instructor shows off his/her awesome skills. You then go to a room to remove all your gear and get offered special promotions for returning. There is no pressure to purchase. There is also an option to tip your instructor through numerous different methods, we tipped the old fashioned way in cash. Next head down stairs to view your pics and videos on screens along the walls to purchase. They are sent as a digital download to your email. If you have any issues with the pics the front desk staff is there to help. It was a great experience for my child's bday. We had a blast and will be back. This is a perfect gift...
