Arsenio's Mexican Food #2 — Restaurant in Tulare

The service is hit or miss. This morning I had a younger lady and she was rude and dismissive. I asked not once not twice but 3 times for extra salsa. She failed to add any to my bag even though I asked right before she handed me the bag. I went back to the window to ask if I could buy 6 more sides of salsa, to which she made eye contact with me then continued to do the side work of stocking ketchup, napkins, and lids. Finally she acknowledged me after 5- 7 minutes of me waiting in my car with a rude demeanor. I got home to discover not only was I missing sour cream from on my food but my drink that I had asked for no ice in, in fact had ice. I'm going to tell you the reason I gave Arsenio restaurant all five stars; the customer service was great. Whoever the individual that I talk to through the drive-thru intercom was very respectful very clear, and he made me feel welcome there. In terms of the atmosphere, it was great, clean and just overall wonderful atmosphere. The last part is the reason that I chose Arsenio. The fact that they were the only people after 10:00 p.m. who still served enchiladas while everybody else was selling tacos burritos or Tortas. if your looking for a run down shack with terrible service and food this is the place for you! the customer service was terrible they talk down to you and mock you in Spanish. they forgot a meal i had ordered and then refused to give me it when confronted saying i got what i ordered. so i shared my meal with my kids and the food was burnt. rice over cooked. asada burnt. beans were like water. definitely will be alerting friends and locals about this terrible shack and never...
