Guadalajara Grill Taco Shop — Restaurant in Tulare

First off the food is over priced for such a small amount & the taste is definitely not the best. The customer service is horrible & the location is not the best. To top all of that I just witnessed the employee being sexist to one of the two door dashers waiting for their orders. There was a women door dasher who came in right after the male door dasher & as they waited the woman was given her order before the male door dasher & she was able to grab her order & just leave right away without any questions or stopping her but they made the male door dasher stand there & confirm he picked up his order right in front of them before letting him walk back to his vehicle. Y'all need a lesson in making quesabirria tacos. I'm white and I can make these wayyyyyy better. Even my very non picky Mexican husband who will eat anything and not complain, is disappointed in these. Where is the beef, for one thing? Where is the cheese, for another? The inside tortilla was clearly raw and soggy. The outside was not grilled enough at all! And the flavor wasn't there! To top it off, the young lady talking the order isn't nice. The birria tacos use to be really good but these last few months every time has been a disappointment. The customer service is horrible, the young girl has a sour/ stuck up look on her face. They don’t serve birria sauce with birria tacos. What’s the point of the tacos if the sauce doesn’t come with it. They charge extra for the sauce. Mind you the birria has no flavor. You guys need to do better!!! Not to mention the grilled onion wasn’t even grilled it was super hard 🙄 Taco Bell would have tasted a lot better.
