. Drive thru cashier tells me my card isn’t reading she tried “multiple times” I ask if she can try it slower because if you do it too fast it won’t read. She pulls the handheld part to show me and says see and then what do you know doing it slower worked just fine. She was nice and apologetic so it was whatever. Proceed to the pick up window and get my food. They were nice then got a major attitude problem when I asked for the extra sauces I ordered. “We charge for that” I said yes i know and showed her my receipt for the extra sauce already paid for. I guess that wasn’t enough proof for her since I then got asked multiple times if there’s no sauces in my bag, I said yes the 1 sauce that’s included with my orders and I ordered extra as you’ve just seen on my receipt I volunteered and showed you. Finally got my extra sauce. I said thank you and got the window shut in my face. Awkward and rude. Like yes I had nothing better to do with my night then wait in your line pay for sauce just to be interrogated despite having proof I paid for sauce. Its greatest quality is also its most popular flaw. Since the chicken fingers and toast are freshly made on order, the chances of getting the proper portions and quality are slim. I cannot stress this enough. If you have people who are doing their best to "make the perfect box" then the portions and quality of the food wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately thats rarely the case. I don't really have a problem with the 3 to 10 min wait because the food is freshly made. Also the flavors of the chicken alone is delicious along with the sauce superb. However since they only have two sauces the food can be really boring and repetitive. I suggest bringing sauces from home or other chicken restaurants to spice things up. To recap, quality and portions- 5/10, wait time can be anywhere between 3 to 10 minutes, flavor- 7-10. My personal experience- I ordered 2 box combos and 1 six pieces combo. And the wait time was 15mins. The results were limb fries and 4 chicken nuggets instead of fingers. I got home and I was missing two meals even though I asked if all my order was in the bag before I pulled away I always ask because ordering drive we all know that sometimes mistakes are made and that is completely understandable, things happen. I drive back to get my food, I'm not mad, again I understand. I go in the lobby the same person that helped me at the window ask me what I needed. I told the person you guys forgot 2 of my meals, the person asked for my receipt which they never gave me then looks at who I assume was the manager and says " he drove off!" That's what mad me really upset and persuaded me to write this review. A simple "sorry" would of done. It will take me awhile to decide to go back to this location.
