Subway — Restaurant in Tulare

Worst experience in my life. Woman with red hair immediately gave attitude when I walked in. I was like okay, that's fine not an issue. But then when I informed her I was picking up a mobile order, she asked for name and number. I then informed her I didn't input that information because I made my order with the app as a guest. She then continued to ask for that information despite me telling her I never put it in. I gave it to her just in case. She then was approached by another worker who recognized my order by the sandwich I got, tuna. She then asked for my information once I again, and I told her. Showed her my order on the phone as well. She then showed me the receipt of the sandwich her coworker gave her and it had the name I titled my AirPods as. Turns out the app automatically assumed that was my name, but before receiving my order red haired woman screamed at me telling me I didn't give her the right name or phone number. She was berating me, when I told her I DIDNT INPUT the information she was asking. I left mad and honestly been a customer there for years and this is the first time I've felt angry at customer service. I work in customer service, I get it, but it was hostile behavior towards me...

Went during lunch time. All of the workers ask you questions before they are ready, so they end up asking you the same question about 2-3 times. Told them 'No.' when asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and they did it anyways. Had to start over. One of the workers practically screaming her questions, hardly put food on the bread. She would grab a hand full and throw back over half of it. Got to the end and had to argue with the cashier that I didn't get avocado for a dollar extra. After 2 minutes of arguing with the cashier and one of the workers about the avocado, I just reached over and opened my sandwich to prove there was none. Cashier didn't apologize and grudgingly took off the avocado. Then I had to argue with the cashier on the price because she undercharged me by placing the wrong order. Asked for a receipt, so I could explain and she said I had to wait. Ended up just leaving. Hope the owner doesn't lose too much money over their...

The girls working there are so rude. I came in this location for the first time and the girl making the sandwiches was really rude. I saw a rat running behind her and when I pointed it out she said, “they add a little bit of ✨flavor✨ Which I think is disgusting. I told her I didn’t wanna eat here anymore after seeing that rat and she threw the half made sandwich at me while her other coworker stood there laughing and eating the steak. I asked for a manager and she denied me to speak to them. I will be calling corporate. Please don’t eat here unless you want rat poop on your food. I also heard from a friend after telling her my story that once time, a couple weeks ago she saw one of the girls (the bigger one) sneezing all over the food after pulling her mask down....
