I love coming here with my two kids. We have always had a wonderful experience until today. When placing our order the guy at the counter Ryan P acted like he had no idea how to run the register and we were inconveniencing him to the extreme. He then come to the table to grate cheese and bring us our dishes, spins the grater three times and says thats all im allowed to give you. And the. Proceeds to dump the remaining shavings from the bowl the grater was in onto my kids plates. My mothers pizza was not there. He goes back to get it and brings back a piece that look extremely old and over cooked in comparison to what we had. my mother asked VERY politely if she could have another slice as she would have been unable to chew it. He then argues with her and tells her it's from the same pizza and he doesnt know what to tell her. I asked him again to please go get us another slice. Hes gone for about 12 min or so come back and tosses the pizza on the table and says yeah well we had to make another entire pizza so, and walks away. At this point we decide its best not to bother Ryan again because he obviously is not having a good day and wants nothing to do with us. Another worker named owen came over and offered to take our dishes and asked how thing were and we told him we were not impressed and he apologized and assured us this is not how we do things and really made us feel better, UNTIL Ryan decides to come back over and walk past our table and tell owen "don't listen to a word they say". I understand its fast food and people have bad days but if I was going to spend $50 on a meal for my family I should have just gone to olive garden where I wouldn't be treated like a pest and basically told that I dont matter. Not sure we will be back after...
Read moreWe stopped in here - and have stopped a few times here before when we travel on I65. The gal taking our order appeared to be mad at the world. I ordered immediately but my husband took some time selecting what he wanted. After he ordered and paid for our meals he ask for extra bread sticks (Remember when Fazoli's opened they had a nice person with a SMILE walking around bringing warm bread sticks to your table while you waited for you meal)? When our meal arrived she slapped down the bread sticks, gathered our order number stand - and left in what appeared to be a huff. My husband ordered Spaghetti and meatballs. Barely warm. I ordered baked Ziti. Terrible! The Ziti was still hard, definitely undercooked. and cool tot he touch. Shortly after we started eating someone who appeared to be a manager came in and sat at a booth with 3 employees - it appeared they were having a mini meeting. No one was at the cash register to take orders from those who came in. The employees we saw come and go were poorly kept. Basically this Fazoli's has gone by the wayside! Bad attitude, and even worse food. We will never stop at this facility again - It was off I65 just south of Louisville. Fazoli's your food WAS GREAT. Please make it...
Read moreFriday 12-15-23. After Christmas shopping, My wife and 80 yr old mother wanted to sit down and eat. We walked in evidentially @15 minutes before closing . We wanted to try Fazoli's for our first time. A young man met us at the end of the counter as soon as we stepped through the doors and informed us that they were takeout only and we couldn't eat there if we ordered. I have never been told I couldn't order, sit and eat in a restaurant that I went in, no matter how close to closing. It looked like they were precleaned up to leave and Obviously what he was actually saying is they were walking out of the restaurant at 10:01. It's never good to turn away paying customers. They may not be back!
Just a note: My wife and I walked in an Outback a few weeks back @20 minutes before closing They were RockStars. It was a great experience, I gave them a GREAT review. It was good, fast and friendly service and actually one of the best meals I've had in...
