Read moreY'all..... RUN, don't walk to this AMAZING Food TRUCK. SERIOUSLY.. they are SOGOOD this was my first time to try them, and I didn't even realize it was a food truck. It's a Monday thank goodness, or I wouldn't have even discovered this little gem in Tullahoma (because the other sushi places are closed). I got 3 rolls and 2 orders of the steak hibachi with fried rice (cooked med rare) for my husband and I. It took me 20 minutes to drive home with it. we ate the sushi first and I was in HEAVEN. Any roll that contains their 'Crab Salad' GET.IT. and the sushi rice is PERFECT and taste like it's supposed to.. not tough or dry in the least. It reminds me of some of the rolls I used to get in south east Texas where I'm from, that I have never been able to find anywhere else. moving on to the steak, cooked to perfection.. it was tender and flavorful... the rice was perfect and moist, no tough under cooked grains that you can sometimes get. I can't wait to try them again and get different items to see how they compare. They are also very friendly. if you don't want to walk up and wait, call it in like I did and pick it up and pay when you arrive. TRY THEM OUT.. you...
My husband and I have ordered via Doordash twice. Both times were good, but the first time was much better. The first time was 7/11/25 and I really wish I had taken pictures. Our food was so pretty and plated like you would get at a very nice restaurant. We ordered the hibachi teriyaki chicken with fried rice and the chicken egg rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious and it's a plentiful serving of rice and veggies. The egg rolls were yummy but I felt they were overpriced since you only get 3 and they are very small (about 2.5 inches). The 2nd time we ordered was 08/20/25. We ordered the same entree but this time got the noodles and tried the chicken gyoza. The presentation was very messy. I was really surprised since the 1st time it was so nice. The sauce was everywhere even on the outside of the box. Last time the sauce came on the side and I prefer it that way since it has a strong flavor. We didnt really care for the noodles. They were mushy and plain. The gyoza was very good - steamed/sautéed and was a quantity of 5. We will definitely order from here again. I prefer their food over the other popular...
Read moreWe used to love this place, and after tonight, we will go elsewhere when we’re wanting hibachi. The food was absolutely mediocre. I got the hibachi shrimp and chicken combo with fried rice. My boyfriend got hibachi steak with noodles, a bubble tea, and gyoza app. The rice was mushy and left a weird film in my mouth. The veggies on both of our plates tasted burned and were also soggy and mushy. The meats on both of ours were extremely bland, lacked serious flavor. The gyoza was clearly pre-made and frozen. The portions we got and the quality was in NO way worth the $50 we spent. I really wish this place stayed consistent with the quality of their food. Sure, we may have just gotten a bad batch, but I’m not willing to spend that amount of money again to see if that...
