Rafael's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Tullahoma

I place my order over the phone. Tell her I want to pay over the phone. She says only if that’s your only form of payment. I’m like um ok, I’ll just pay when I get there.. never once did they tell me it’s going to be a 3.5% convenience fee. I didn’t say anything about that.. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the boxes before I left. I bought $45 worth of pizza. I get home and they look nasty and taste like rubber. I call and both the worker and manager were very rude. The manager interrupted me while I was talking and I told her don’t interrupt and let me finish. She tells me not to talk to her like that and hangs up the phone.. very unprofessional. I’ll never be back to Tullahoma Rafael’s again.

Edited to respond: I did not yell at you until you were rude and interrupted me. And clearly the picture I posted with the review the pizza looks nasty. So imagine how it tasted. I had hungry kids, I couldn’t wait to bring pizza that should’ve been fresh the first time and make everybody’s kids wait even longer. So yes, like I said, you didn’t handle this professional at all!

I called in an order from my place of employment, in order to pick up for my lunch break. I ordered a chimichanga and a Greek salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing. I asked for extra ranch, and the young lady on the phone said she added that to the order. I picked up my order and brought it back to work. (We only have 30 minutes for lunch.) When I sat down to eat, I found that there was NO ranch dressing at all. This is the 2nd time I have received no dressing from them for my salad. My coworkers chimichanga had a hair in it! i was looking for a local small business pizza restaurant and am glad I chose Rafael's. I have ordered from them on four occasions and each time the pizza has been great and reasonably priced. You can't beat their 2 for 1 pricing! I have also been very happy with their customer service. Even though the employees at the front desk are very young you can tell they have been trained well and really enjoy what they do. They always greet you and are very polite and professional.
