7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tulsa

We’ve been loyal customers of this coffee shop since they first opened at this location, coming in at least four times a week. My wife has consistently ordered the same drink every single time, except for once. However, this morning I was informed that from now on, they will be charging an additional $6 for caramel drizzle on her beverage. This is surprising and disappointing, especially after being such regular customers. We’ve always appreciated the service and the quality of the drinks here, but this sudden change in pricing for a small addition feels excessive. My 7-brew experience was terrible! I've been to other 7-brew locations and they were never as bad as this one! This blonde woman with glasses kept speaking down to me in a baby voice and it was greatly upsetting. I'm just trying to get back to my 9-5 with a coffee, but instead I got talked down to, a long line and terrible service! I am obsessed with this place. I feel like their coffee, energy drinks, and even milkshakes are across the board better than most other coffee places. And don't miss out on those muffin tops too. The team is always cheerful and genuinely seem happy to be doing their jobs and serving people.
