This panda location has the best friendliest employees. The food is always fresh and hot. Place is always clean.

I like panda express, their food is filling, and good I dont eat here often because they are slightly more expensive than other fast food places I typically order a bigger plate with fried rice, two entrees or orange chicken, and the shrimp they offer (i cant remember what the shrimp is flavored its like almond something idk very delicious) with a drink costs about $15 which is pretty expensive honestly for a meal Also the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that I get off work at 9 and they close at 10 If I show up at the drive through amy time past 9pm they stop making food fresh, just leave it under the heating lamp.until close and the food just gets stale? Over cooked? Idk it becomes hard chewy and lacks the typical flavor I understand trying to limit food waste, but just close early dont offer me food thats been sitting to long and its quality is basically that of a frozen meal or less

Tldr Getting fresh food from here is great but expensive, the last hour of operation food is gross and down several qualities

Should close when done with fresh food because why give the stale food to represent your business, id rather you say you're out of food than...

Went on 10/06 and ordered 2 bowls via the app to pick up and take home.

Made it home and had one bowl correct, but the other bowl was just a duplicate of the first instead of what we ordered.

I filled out the survey on the receipt that night and requested follow up.

I didn’t hear from anyone so about 10/8, I filled out the contact form on the website and requested follow up.

This morning (10/10 at 10:33 am) I decided I’d waited long enough and called the store. I was told the manager wasn’t there yet but that the manager would have to look up the receipt and check the security cameras to help. I offered to send in the photos I took of our food and receipt and they said they’d still have to review footage. That sounds excessive to me but whatever. I asked for a call back and was told the manager may be too busy to call so to call later. I just called about 2:30 and no one answered with no voicemail option. I also called again at 4:07 and no answer.

I paid for food I did not get and will now likely have to charge back my card for this. The time, frustration, and money is all...
