Terrible experience. They give the middle finger salute since this government Tesla incident, as if I've personally done something to them. I feel my life is at stake all bc of someone's inaccurate feelings and hatred. I will not be a patron of Arby's.
UPDATE 3/22/2025: to Arbys management who responded to me to say they wish to make this right. IDK what you can possibly do about it. I don't care to have any free food anymore than I want anyone to be punished. I would like to state that person is sick-minded and ill-informed. Also, I'm no fan of Musk/Trump. I also purchased my Tesla long enough ago that not even Trump was in office. Musk used to be a Democrat. We had received coupons in the mail and decided to get a “$12 family pack” that we had gotten before. I took a picture of the coupon and sent to my wife who was coming home from a long day of being remote kindergarten teacher for the first week of this crazy system we have now. She ordered and was informed that she needed the coupon code, which she had. Upon getting to the window she was told that they would not accept. So for food in that deal and extra items ordered she let them know that we wouldn’t need it or any items EVER!! Too bad, we live .3 miles from this Arby’s and had often chose this as a meal option. Read moreI went to the location at 91st and Yale to pick up my order. My total was $16.80. I ordered a meal that COMES with a drink. The lady at the window refused to give me my drink making my experience very unpleasurable. I offered to PAY for another drink but she kept saying she can't give me what I didn't pay for. I drove away and went across the street to go to sonic and spend another $4 to get me a drink. The lady at the window was incredibly unprofessional and I'm not happy with the service to the point I didn't want to eat my food. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! this was ridiculous.
