Billy Sims BBQ — Restaurant in Tulsa

Went in for the first time today.. No t impressed. Ordered a loaded baked potato with chili. When i asked if i could get fried okra, i was met with a swift and rude response of "we dont serve no fried foods" (BTW, what self respecting BBQ joint doesnt have okra?) After the restaurant atmosphere went down hill, i changed my order togo. -Got home to a "meal" that was on par with Wal-Mart deli food. There were 2 people in the shop and still my order was incorrect. Missing ingredients i specifically asked for, i was entirely disappointed. I believe the same people that call this BBQ, say nachos is mexican food. BOO! 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 Shouldve went to Elmers

Well, here we are again! Lol There constantly seems to be an issue with this location, and it is not the product it’s not the smoked meat, brisket and the ribs taste great it’s the customer service is the wait time is the speed of service ,, they just can’t seem to pinpoint the issues and correct them. It’s not that the staff is unfriendly. I would say a knowledgeable slow but hey if you got 20 minutes to wait to get a quarter pound of chopped brisket and then another 10 minutes because she didn’t do my order and started fulfilling the orders of the three people behind me and I saw them get their food and leave and I finally said where is my order oh, I’m sorry I forgot! Lol

I was shocked to see that there was noone at 12pm for lunch at this store. 2/3 came when I was having lunch. Wanted to try the ribs here and let me tell you, I was not that impressed. I ordered the 4-rib dinner along with potato salad and corn. It was $14.99 and felt other bbq restaurants in Tulsa were far more better than Billy Sims (even Rib Crib). The rib was cooked well but the flavor could have been better. Also the hot bbq sauce was not hot at all.. It was just like a mild sauce. Overall, it was just an ok meal. Nothing to...
