Coney I-Lander — Restaurant in Tulsa

Who's old enough to remember going to the drive-in theater? Remember those hot dogs and hamburgers they had under the heat lamp at the snack bar? Well that was gourmet food compared to this place I could I need a better hot dog from the dollar store in my microwave at home. How can someone manage to overcook one side of a hot dog will happen the other end undercooked? I imagine the people that come back to this place had their taste buds destroyed and some horrible accident otherwise why would any human being subject themselves to this garbage of they didn't have to. I don't live in Tulsa I'm just passing through is there a health department here and do they inspect restaurants? This place was dingy and grimy with grease it was very run down and shabby will not...

The 2 employees that were visible were absolutely amazing the young man behind the counter was cheerful upbeat and absolutely someone you want greeting serving or helping your customers. The young lady at the checkout was quick pleasant informative and when I said I didn't need a tray and she got me one anyway...Thank you because it definitely came in handy. It was after the 1pm hour on a weekday and I asked the young lady if that was their tip jar (nearly empty) she replied yes. And I quickly slipped a $5 in there. Went in to get a frito pei, asked for cheese on the side. Was denied and told it was a health code violation?????? Are you kidding me? That is a total lie and I looked it up to be certain. You can put cheese in a separate container by health code.. . They were just being lazy and cheap. They didn't want to do it. This place needs to be retrained or needs different employees.
