2 because my order was fresh but missing my side items and my smoothies were complicated and done correctly so I’m happy with them, other than that I’m kinda disappointed with this location. I placed my order online and ahead of time because I’m on a limited lunch break time and don’t have time to wait. My food was “ready” and when I went to pick up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Once I got back to the office I didn’t have time to eat and my food is now in the fridge. When I finally received my food I was told “sorry about the wait” so I feel bad for leaving such a negative review. I just wasn’t impressed like I have been in the past with this location. I also had to ask for a straw 3 times because the employees couldn’t hear me due to having their Bluetooth headphones on. Read moreI ordered a flatbread and it was made incorrectly. I took it back to the establishment. I politely explained it was made incorrectly, and a staff member retrieved the item from me. She took the flatbread opened it and added the missing item, then handed it back to me. That was a very unsanitary action and could have potentially spread any illness if I had been ill. I knew that action was unsanitary and asked for a refund. She was very rude and spoke to me in a nasty tone. Be careful of this establishment, there’s too much going and don’t put your health at risk!

Read moreSo I left a review earlier stating that anytime I order food from this location via Grubhub that I never receive a receipt, and it’s frustrating because I miss out on getting my rewards points for my orders and have missed out on hundreds of points in the past because I didn’t feel like driving across town for a receipt. I also stated that I never have this issue at any other location besides this one and instead of taking accountability for not providing a receipt with my order, they say that receipts don’t print off for Grubhub orders and that all Tropical Smoothie locations have issues with this.
