I had such a pleasant braiding experience with Ms. Jillian Marie! She did box braids for me and I absolutely love them!! They are so cute!Plus, it was a completely pain-free experience and such a wonderful relaxing atmosphere while getting my hair braided. So professional and clean. And she prepared my hair for the braids so my scalp felt so nice and clean prior to the braiding. I’ve never had my hair braided and it be pain free like this. And the way Ms. Jillian Marie snatched my edges is amazing to me! I never felt any pulling or tugging and all of my hair is nicely and neatly braided. Such a wonderful experience! I had an appointment with Latoya,I arrived on time, she washed my hair and put conditioner on it and began doing another lady's dreadlocks, after sitting for a hour I just left. When I got home to wash out the conditioner it was straight in some sections and falling out in clumps (I haven't had a perm in years) .I called her the next day and told her how my hair was and she swears that my hair was like that when I came in(not true at all) very loud,stuff all over the counter tops spilling over into other stylists sections, eating while doing other...

I received a sew in yesterday from stylist Latoi. It’s absolute the worst sew in I have ever gotten. Thread hanging, unnecessary braids down the side of my head, closure cut to the middle of my head and clearly showing, just to name a few things. Not to mention I was there for 7 hours. I literally got home and had my daughter take the sew in down. I would not suggest this stylist to style a dog. As for everyone else in the salon. The clients I observed looked good.
