I attended this location as part of a large field trip. We brought two bus loads of youth to attend for 2-3 hours during a weekday. Arcade: there are all kinds of games as you can see from photos. I gave my points to a young person doing the quarter-pusher deal where you drop them in and a shelf is moving forward and backwards. He was able to basically quadruple our tickets/tokens/whatever so I went to the prize shop to get some knick-knacks for my kids. Food/ Drink: Full bar available, they have a gelato shop deal and a pizza place which was comparable to a Little Caesars. They also have a different restaurant option in there with a wider range of foods. My buddy got a delicious- looking bacon cheeseburger and of the youth ordered a peanut butter and jelly bacon burger, which sounded odd to me but she assured me it was the best burger she had eaten "in my whole life," so give it a shot if you are there. They have a bowling league. Some of the youth ran out of points on their cards, but I reminded them that they could do bowling and laser tag for no additional points. There is a kind of tabletop shuffle board which my buddy and I enjoyed playing and even got some of the youth to participate in. Several pool tables are also available for no additional points. and some sort of ropes course but I think it has limited hours. We were there over midday and it was not open then. They also offer some private room options for a more secluded party or I guess a business meeting with a really fun ending? If you don't mind the constant din of machines and kids having fun, this place could be for you. Reminded me of a more modern version of like a chuck e cheese but with a higher aged target audience. Seemed to work out great for our organization and all the youth seemed to enjoy themselves.

First time.it was nice open and refreshing not as crowded as the parking lot.bowling was a long waiting list. Mondays they have some special so that's why we went. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one explains anything I know that sounds petty but when we ordered food at bowling I was bugging the lady everytime I had a question, but finally she said you know you can't just do this she wasn't rude but she sure was annoyed anyways I'm not a dummy I figured things out no different than going to dave and busters or any other arcade place but I think it should. Just be someone to be like "hi welcome,is this your first time" and explains to your what's different than their competitors which doesn't seem like they are different they are all the same. The pizza was good pricey but good i wanted more.restrooms are big and clean,i liked the design how they did the sinks and the bar on top that's not all wet and stuff incase you need to place something down. The bowling area is pretty cool how the seating is smart and neat they are booths with tables kinda snug if you're a plus size girl but doable anyways i would recommend a family night for sure. It cost $40 for all four of us and it was unlimited bowling, laser tag, pool and obsicle thing in the air.

Broken games and below average bowling. The first 5 games we went to took our points and didn’t start the game. Found 1 fish game that we used majority of our points on until they fixed the wizard of oz coin game. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to hassle about losing money to games that don’t work. We had to bother a service worker 4-5 times to get our lost points back. The bowling area immediately wreaked of feet. Inside of my bowling ball was sticky. The tables in the bowling area took up 2/3 of the sitting space for 9 of us. Catering more towards dining than bowling. Bowling got stopped up several times and the bumpers didn’t work for our kiddo. Only thing good I can say was 8 ball. They had a variety of cue sticks for tall and short. Laser tag dude was completely disinterested. Shout out to Alana? Who worked the gift area and the woman who fixed the wizard of oz game. The family still had fun, but what a bummer. Absolutely insane to dump over $500 for broken games, stagnant bowling, crowded seating, and a smelly space with lackluster service.

Don't go to this place. This is a long review so buckle up. My mother-in-law bought my two sons each a $50 gift card to go there, so we decided to go at 6:30pm on 1/4/25. As soon as we got there we wanted to eat dinner, so we waited at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes waiting for one to show up. After being seated we waited another 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. When she did, we started to place our order, but my wife had a question about one of the menu items, and the waitress didn't know the answer, so she said that she needed to go ask the kitchen. As she walked away, a gentlemen from the table next to us, who had just seated, waved her down to take their order, so she stopped and started taking it. Remember now that we hadn't finished giving our order, my wife was still waiting on the answer. The waitress never show back up. My wife then went to the bar to place a drink order, since we needed to order drinks. Some time passed and the table next started getting their food and drinks. Then after about 20 minutes of trying to find our waitress to finish placing our order, our food came out, so the kitchen was able to sub the meat on one of the meals for a meatless option that my wife was asking about. It was brought out by a helper, not our server. They brought all of our food at once, including the two appetizers that we ordered. When I asked why they are bringing everything at once, I was told because it is really busy back there. We didn't have enough room for everything as we were seated on a 4 person high top table, but luckily she screwed up our son's burger by ordering it with everything on it except cheese, when all he wanted was cheese, so they had to go fix that and we now had room for all the food, lol. Our server never came back to check on us, I was able to wave her down to refill my son's Sprite once, but she never returned with it. Magically she did return when it was time to pay. $98 for 4 meals and 2 appetizers, and another $25 for the drinks that we have to go pay for and refill at the bar. Well we thought that was a rough start, but now let's go play some games and try to enjoy the rest of the night. So many games were broken where they would just take your money and not start. Each time you had to have someone wait at the game and someone else go wait in line to get your credits redeemed, then they would send someone look at the game. This happen with four games. The skee ball section worked, but multiple lanes only had 3-4 balls. I was playing one of the basketball shot games, and I guess I had too many balls so while playing someone that worked there cut in front of me and started taking some of the balls, mind you this is a timed game and he could have waited the 20 some seconds I had left on it, and taken some of the balls after I was done playing. This place is a complete joke, save your money, don't ever go there. Spend your money at Dave and Busters or Incredible pizza, they are both so much better, and neither of them are going to run you over $200 for so much...

Well, this is a difficult review to give, so let me explain. I came here with my family and our plans were to eat in the dining area and then play some games. We were seated and it took almost 5 mins for someone to get out drink orders. A few minutes later, another employee (a manager I believe) brought our drinks and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for some chips and queso. Another nearly 5 to 7 minutes later the server returned and took our order. My son asked if a certain chicken sandwich was grilled or fried and she replied, "it's fried". He ordered that sandwich, my son's friend ordered pretzel bites, I ordered a chicken tender sandwich and my wife ordered original, bone in, chicken wings. After another 15+ minutes, they brought our food. My sandwich was right and the pretzel bites were right. My wife's wings were boneless and my son's chicken sandwich was grilled. I instantly explained to the food runner that our food was wrong. He took the boneless wings back, but left the grilled chicken sandwich. Another 5 minutes later our original server returns and begins making all sorts of excuses as to why things were wrong (new employees, food taken to wrong table, she was told wrong, etc.). At this point, we also have not received our chips and queso yet! The appetizer! I began to eat my sandwich and my son's friend begins to eat as well. I should also say that we've now sat here for WELL over 30 mins and haven't had any refills, nor have we seen our server except when she came to offer excuses. Myself and my son's friend actually finish our food before they finally bring the other 2 plates. Again, another 15+ mins have passed from this point. Their food is correct this time, but STILL no chips and queso. I ask about the appetizer when she brings the other food and she explains that she is "going to check on it". More than 5 more minutes pass and she comes back saying the "food runner is new and he gave it to the wrong table". We wait for over 10 more minutes and she finally brings it out. By this time everyone is done eating. Completely. We pick at the chips and queso and barely eat half of it before we decide enough. I get the check and then wait for a long time for our server to come back to our table so I can pay. Finally, I take my check and payment to the server stand where she has been standing. As I walk up, she says to me "wow, that guy that just walked off had over $200 just in beer!'. Seems like that sort of comment was very unprofessional.

After paying, we move onto the games. From here, everything was really fun and we had a great time. The way the games do the "credits per play" is really confusing because they aren't whole number credits. For example, one game may be 7.3 credits per play. Confusing as to why, but we still had fun. Just sad the evening had such a huge blemish with the food side...

Our party was scheduled for 3:30 - 5:30. Immediately upon arrival, we were told pizza would be served, then gifts/cake and activities. Had I known that this was the order of activity I would have scheduled closer to mealtime. Kids weren't’’t hungry at 3:30 and two of our three pizzas were boxed up in to-go containers. At 4:30 our group was ushered to the gravity ropes. There were 12 kids in our group and they only got 10 minutes on the course. With that many kids in a party, some of the kids barely got to set foot on the course. I would not choose this option again for a group as it was not nearly enough time. As the kids were wrapping that up at around 4:45 our party host informed me that we had to clear out our area because another large party was coming in that required use of our space. I questioned her that I thought we had the reserved space until 5:30 and she replied that is typically the case but since there was a large group coming they needed all of the space. I didn’t argue, the party host had no control over the situation so I obliged and honestly I just wanted to enjoy my kid celebrating his day with his friends rather than moving our party to a locker. The kid’s cups were thrown away and they had no drinks for play time so I had to purchase additional drinks on top of the $25/kid I had already paid. We were in the facility until 7:15 pm and no other group used our reserved space or the one next to it. We were not given our designated space for the advertised time. I really feel like Main Event didn’t provide everything that is promised in the package. Why pay for a two-hour party when I could just show up with 12 kids and actually take our time to enjoy the facility and engage with the guests and families rather than be rushed in and out? It didn’t ruin my kids’ party at all, the kids had a blast! But the parents hanging out were making comments about how rushed we were and for that, I was a bit embarrassed and immediately regretted spending $400+ on an organized event. Sent this information to Main Event following event and there was no follow up so posting here to inform other parents planning parties of...
