Seriously the worst Panda around and its sad because it used to be good. Literally not a single person there, top to bottom, seems to care about the customer experience what so ever. You will wait upwards of 30 mins in line, even if there are only two people in front of you. They will be out of one of the two main side, have not been in one time lately where they had both noodles and fried rice ready. You will get shorted on the portions. The person working the register will be on their phone or be talking to other people instead of getting you paid and out. You will have a terrible experience. I honestly stopped coming here due to bad employees which are a reflection of the bad management. The next time I went in, I was happy to see there was another manager there, soon was unhappy as she very obviously did not give a single crap about the people sitting and waiting to be helped. After awhile she finally walked up and me thinking I would finally be helped, was told hold on just on min as she proceeded to make something for the drive thru. Btw, the drive thru had 3 people working it, the front of house only had one, plus the worthless manager. I once again will not go back here. It very obvious the management sucks here and their planning is as poor as anywhere I have seen. Lunch time is the same time everyday, might want to at the very least just make sure you have enough side orders to get most people in and out effiencently. Read moreOne reason for my visit today cuz we've all been to Panda and the food is consistent and you know if you like it or not and I do like it I think it tastes pretty good. Today's portions were fairly good for what the price you pay I think sometimes people don't understand what you get for 850 to 12 dollars not much and if you don't go cheap and get the three course meal it's a lot of food for $11.50. You may as well if you're going to go ahead and spend $850 for a little bit but some kids meals cost that much. With all this being said the manager (Leslie) at this location really has herself together. she's a calm cool operator and she takes care of her customers. she looks completely relaxed and things are flowing really nice back there in the kitchen. her location is very clean this is one of my favorite Panda Express locations. I think portion size is pretty close to what you're paying for with today's prices and how expensive food is. I myself have had issues with food portions at some locations so it's kind of hit and miss. They get really busy sometimes I don't think it's on purpose. Leslie the manager looks like she is a very hard working person with attention to detail. And again everything looks so well managed behind this counter everyone works well together and is doing their jobs and nobody looked angry or upset! good job! We to panda a few weeks ago ordered meal and ask for an eggroll pulled forward to the windows and was then notified that they didn't have any eggrolls and they wanted to give me something else instead wasn't interested, but I guess I put them out because I asked them to remove it from my total. Fast forward to today. My wife and I ordered and I again ordered an eggroll and she wanted some rangoons. They said they didn't have any and would take 10-12 minutes to cook. I agreed to pull up to the window paid they asked if I would pull into Slot 1 no problem. Well 20 minutes later, still waiting. Wife went in to see what was going on. I waited another 15 minutes then I went in to see what was going on. They didn't start cooking any of the sides until she came in, and the best part the rest of our order had been sitting on the counter for the entire time.
