We chose this whataburger two days in a row. The first night we we ate there it was pretty good as always and the staff was very friendly. The second night we ate there, which was last night, it was 4:30 am or so when we ate and it was to early to get a room. So we asked the cashier if we could get a little sleep in our truck. She said it shouldn’t be a problem and so after we ate, we lay down inside the pickup and got a little sleep. We woke up a little late it was 9:18 when we woke to a phone call. I went inside the Whataburger to use their restroom and the employee that was finishing up drying his hands immediately grabbed a paper towel out of the paper towel dispenser and blew his nose than proceeded to walk out. I asked him if he was heading back to work and he said yes. I was pretty disgusted and told him that was gross that he would go back and handle peoples food after he just blew, what sounded like a bunch of chunky boogers. The guy did wash his hands again than tells me that he didn’t like the way I came at him. I said FU dude you are nasty and I will just tell your manager. He said go ahead and so I did. I told the manager who ignored me and said nothing. I left to the truck to find some guy with his face up against my truck window trying to see whatever he could see inside. I yelled at the guy from across the parking lot and said hey what are you doing...get away from my truck. So this guy turns out to obviously be a main manager or maybe the owner because he had a black shirt that said Whataburger. He was an older guy with white hair on the heavy side. This guy says we were cruel to our dogs that were in the back of the truck because they were on a chain and he was going to call the cops. And he informed me that his parking lot was not a motel. Than called us liars saying nobody said we could rest in our truck. Than he called the police and said we were cruel to our animals. He said our animals were skinny and that they had no food or water...LIAR! Our dogs eat better than you fool! One thing I loved was the music they play is Christian worship music however remember even the devil knows who God is...If you don’t mind the management putting their face to your vehicle windows and eyeballing all your personal belongings and nasty boogers in your food and managers that don’t care about it than welcome to WHATABOOGER!!! Read moreDrive-thru order, Sunday night, about 9:30 p.m. No one else in the line. Gave our order - three burger combo meals with fries and an EXTRA order of onion rings. They seemed to need a long time to get the order, which isn't really a problem, as long as it's good and hot. Also, the girl behind the counter didn't seem to want to be there - no smile, no friendly response to our request. Not rude, exactly, just not happy to serve. However, by the time we got our order, there were four cars behind us at that point. So, we quickly checked the order - three combo's, check; onion rings, check. Unfortunately, when we got home, we noticed then that the onion rings - $2.29 side item (yes, ON the receipt) - were provided in place of the fries on one of the combos. So rather disappointed, since it should have been a pretty easy order. How hard could it be?, and given the cost - I think any place that charges 50 cents for a thin slice of cheese should make sure this doesn't happen. Made a call and talked to the manager - no, they can't refund your credit card, but they can put your name on the list of complainers and, next time you come by, they'll give you whatever you missed. Really? That's it? - no extras for our trouble? (maybe you get some extra sauce for being on that list, right?) sigh Whataburger - your food is good - but, unfortunately, with THAT kind of service, I'm going to miss you....what's that you say? Chili's is offering their old-fashioned for just $6.99?....well then, maybe won't miss you all...
Read moreWorst service ever!!! Went on my lunch (mind you it was suppose to be 30 mins) this was why I wanted fast food and love the burgers here. My first time at this location when I arrived there was more than 3 cars so I was surprised when the line started moving fast. When I arrived at the first window after putting in my order for a #5 w/o onions and a sweet tea. The last at the first window asked "do you have the patty melt?" I said no, she then asked what I had when I said my order she was confused because she could not find it!. The lady asked if I could wait so I waited and waited, she returned apologized and asked if I could go to the next window where they would help me. This lady was nice to me and I feel it was not here fault because she was not the voice that took my order. At the pick up window the girl was nice at first asked if I had the #5 hands me my food and proceeds to take my money. I looked to see if the burger had onions and it did the fries were cold. When the lady returned I said I cant eat this she get mad and asked if I want a refund. I said yes because my lunch is now over and I will be late. The manager comes tries to give me $9.48 but I paid with a $10 she gives me two fives and says thanks for coming. Really???? The manager was short Hispanic looking woman, she did not apologize offer me anything to calm me down. I will never go back to any Whataburger and even thou this means nothing for your company I will report this on every search engine on line. Thank you and...
