McDonald's — Restaurant in Tulsa

This particular McDonald's is under construction. I did not eat here when I came because the food was covered with construction material and the bags that came out of the window or Dusty with some kind of film and I figure that they're not keeping the food area sanitary enough to get the food without having particles per million in it. I gave the food that I ordered back and ask for my money back. They were kind and considerate to give me my money back but I really do not like any at McDonald's because their food is not very healthy for you I only eat there whenever I am starving and haven't eaten for a meal or two because of my busy schedule. I feel as a last resort it's just something to put in your stomach but at this location for now there's construction and I wouldn't eat there because like I said their food bags that they handed through the window had some kind of construction dust and film on it. They will bring your food out to you in your car but again the person is bringing your food is leaving the building going out into the atmosphere touching cars and going back in and touching the handle of the door and it did not appear that there was any sanitation or any way of keeping themselves free or clear of the construction area dust and the outside environment. I would not risk putting something in my mouth and in my body that possibly had some kind of harmful dust dirt or whatever in it because they were not conscientious of taking care of their hygiene or the required food processes that need to go on in a food...

I wish there was a certain way to rate this McDonald's in different areas because the front counter girl told me I'd get taken care of at the other counter where no one was taking orders at never once did she ask what I wanted or what I was there for which was to pick up a doordash order so after 10-15 mins of not only myself but about five of the people are now standing in line at a counter where they don't even take orders. Finally was acknowledged that I had a pickup order and there were people behind me that had not even ordered the young blond there should have been taking orders now decides this is going to take orders to the people that walked in after us the place was chaotic. Employees were not in position I don't even think McDonald's had a position chart to put their aces in their places to run a smooth shift. The manager was asked to come in front because someone's order was messed up was so they came on inside and get it fixed she wants to come across as a little rude ask for their food back once it had exited the drive-thru window and I was already outside in their car then she would replace it. I would have imagined that it would be against . But I have noticed each McDonald's seems to make up their own rules on how things are ran I have not been to not one that have been ran the same at all. I will say this the young lady with the cute curly Puff on the top of her head bagging up all the doordash orders plus drive-through orders Plus getting out the front orders I give you props five stars for...

I had the worst experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant I have ever visited. I was doing uber eats delivery late at night. Now this mcdonalds is different, instead of going through the drive through and making it easier on delivery drivers like EVERY OTHER MCDONALDS IN TULSA, they have a window by the entrance for delivery drivers. I look in the window for my order, I didn't see it and a couple bags didn't even have a sticker or receipt. I decide I would try the door to the lobby to see if it's unlocked which means the lobby is open (ALSO LIKE EVERY OTHER MCDONALDS IN TULSA; UNLOCKED=OPEN) instead, I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member telling me that the lobby was closed and I needed to get out. I calmly explained that I was an uber eats delivery driver and I was just looking for my order. He rudely clapped back in a very sarcastic tone that if it wasn't by the window he was probably still working on it and then said if I didn't get out of the lobby the cops would be called. I've already made a complaint to corporate and I can't wait to see how the store manager spins this story to favor mcdonalds. This is the first time I've ever been to this mcdonalds and it will definitely be the LAST. No amount of free food is going to make up for this, I don't eat mcdonalds anyway. Maybe just close this location if your general practice is to leave the lobby unlocked and then threaten to call the cops when people walk...
