So I threw away two not one but two sausage McMuffin. And all I got was I appreciate your feedback. Your telling me this is okay to eat. I might as well post this on the review on every social media out there. To let them know I reported this and all I got was we appreciate your feedback we shared it with everyone. Again I took my time in the morning and got almost the exact same thing every time. And all I got was a thank you. Wow I guess you must cook your food this way every time and expect your customer to eat it. Thank you so much for your feedback with the most worst response on my feedback. I should have got some compensation for my time and trouble and my money wasted.

Read moreThis review is not just for this location but for basically McDonald’s and itself. The burgers don’t have a taste to it unless you add sauces. I remember back in the day when it at least had a pepper taste. They stuck some salt and pepper on it now it’s just bland. It’s OK for grabbing something quick, I wish McDonald’s would take more pride and how their food taste. As far as the service, it’s usually young kids, which they don’t care to give you any type of friendly service. They just ring in and get you out of there. Some of the older people at least have a personality and are pleasant to deal with but overall I think McDonald’s needs to work on providing better tasting food and better friendlier customer service, like the customer mean something to them. As far as the atmosphere, it’s just a atmosphere of a place just to sit down and eat I’d have a better atmosphere sitting out in the sun on a sunny day. I debated whether to give it a two star three star but I wanted to be nice and give them a three star but again I would like from McDonald’s to train impress upon their employees to give better friendlier more welcoming service. Read moreThey were serving breakfast so we ordered breakfast in the drive thru paid for it and pulled up to pick up our order after sitting there a good 9 mins. They come to the window and inform us they had no biscuits cooked but were just putting some in the oven and we would have to wait another 10 mins for our biscuits could we pull up and they would bring us our order when they got it ready. First why wouldn't the biscuits be made if they were serving breakfast. Second why did it take someone 9 mins to come tell us they had no biscuits made they were putting some in as they were telling us. Third why when there was only one card a head of us was it taking them 9 mins to realize they couldn't fill our order due to having no biscuits. After a total of 26 mins we got our order. When we got home and went to eat we realized we were missing several items we ordered. So i called and the lady i spoke to was very rude to me and no help what so ever acted like oh well thats your problem. Like she wasnt goimg to apologize or anything.
