I seen another customer with the same issue, Mon-Fri the crew nails it. My iced espresso is PERFECT! The weekends are absolutely horrible. I wasted $13 today. My iced espresso has absolutely no espresso in it, i drink these probably twice a week. On top of that i get my daughter these drinks without espresso, it tastes like my 5 year olds coffee order. I was also asked if i wanted my cookie heated up, i replied yes and got a very cold hard cookie. I ate it! But i feel a little less cared about on the weekends, when let's face it, parents need to feel cared about by SOMEONE. see you Monday weekday crew 🤣

During the week i was in contact with someone for scooters who generously offered me a free drink to replace the drink last weekend. 5 stars for the quick correspondence and great overall customer service. 👌 And my replacement drink was wonderful. Thank you...

So as a first time user, here is what I think about Scooters coffee. The lady ( later named as Kris)on the intercom was very clear and had a friendly greeting over the intercom. I was sure what to order so I asked for her recommendation, she asked me what type of flavoring and Etc….. being my first time I asked make it how ever you like it, not saying everyone’s taste will be the same, but because Kris works here. Surly she has tasted what masterpieces she whips up! So…m asked if I wanted anything else I declined, but thanked her. Whipped around the building, I asked who’s recommendation will I be trying, young lady at the window said Kris, gave me my changed thanked me wished my first time well. Here I am in the parking lot tasting a delicious concoction made by Kris @ Scooters.

Sadly, have to amend this review after months of coming to this location at least once a week. Ever since Addie left, it's been extremely hit or miss in terms of service, flavor, and even whether or not our pup cups were full and contained dog bones.

Today was just about the last straw. We ordered 2 very different blenders - Autumn (vanilla + hazlenut) and Mocha - but both were SO WEAKLY FLAVORED that they both tasted like milk and nothing else.

Very disappointed. I think our time with this location has come to an end.

Addie's service was absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond to be engaging and personable in a way we've rarely ever seen in this area. Scooters is very lucky to have someone so enthusiastic and affable on their team!

Also, bonus points for having bendy...
