THIS LOCATION WILL RUN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR CARD!! Came through yesterday ( 7/9/25 @8:30PM) Cashier in Drive Thru told us our order was $34+ and we corrected her and said no we had just one meal, with extra fries and Large drink. Total should not even be $20. The cashier shook her head yes and then PROCEEDED TO CHARGE US ALMOST $40 We immediately tell her hey that's not correct and you've overcharged us. She then proceeded to tell us NO REFUNDS so we asked for the manager obviously because this is ridiculous (mind you they will not give us our debit card back at this moment). The cashier proceeds to tell us we could not speak to the manager because the manager does not speak any English. How are you supposed to handle your customers if you can't even speak to them? The employee also has an attitude and keeps on saying she didn't charge us wrong and we had to repetitively explain we should not be paying for four meals when we only ordered one. Still no food was received and They're STILL HOLDING OUR DEBIT CARD!! I asked for the General manager's number or District manager and was refused. The cashier calls the 'owner' and the owner tells me she won't be coming to the store to refund us and spoke to us horribly and VERY unprofessional. We were traveling through so she expected us to come back tomorrow (now today) to get a refund. Instead of fighting back and explaining we do not live in this area my husband and I accepted that they just stole our money and do not plan on making the moment right. Today I call at 9:30 AM before making that drive and was then told by the morning manager THAT THE OWNER/MANAGER IS OFF TODAY AND WILL NOT BE HELPING US!!

Read moreWendy's is on a down hill spiral. The past 2 times I've gone there have been complete disasters. The ONLY way I'll go back to one is if they gave me free food for at least 6 months. The kid working the order window spoke to me with such hospitality and contempt, like I was the one in the wrong when all I needed was my online order that I'd ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FOR, but apparently their "system crashed" so there was "nothing we can do for you, it's not my fault and it's not my problem." When I asked to speak to a manager he then didn't even bother to acknowledge me and I had to ask 2 more times before he then said "I guess I can get her for you." I was shocked... The manager, to her credit tried to make up for the fact, and that I appreciated, however when I got home it turns out they shorted me a sandwich that I was still charged for. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the manager (not sure what her name was, but she was sweet, apologetic for her staff and the situation) did the best that she could. I came in to pick up an order and before i could even ask if I was in the right place the woman said " not ready yet" and I began to ask a question and she said " NOT READY YET". This was done in front of all the other customers. After standing there for almost 10 minutes she asked who I was there for and come to find out the bag of food was just sitting there the entire time I was waiting. The name was spelled wrong and I saw the bag when I came in, but she refused to even let me ask a question when I first got there. I tried to tell her that she wasn't polite and she wanted to argue in front of people so I calmly walked out and then when i delivered the order I had to apologize to the customer for the long wait. This situation could of been handled so much differently if she just would of let me ask a question when I first got there! Just go to another Wendy's ! I will NEVER pick up an order for delivery from this...
